28 km from Kornati Marina in Zadar, Villa Aurum offers accommodation with access to a sauna, spa facilities and fitness room.

We were impressed by the luxouriosly furnished spacious interior of the villa, with the dining-living room glass-walls opening to the front terrace with a swimming-pool (heated). And a small, cosy sauna is located at the ground floor too, with direct exit to the terrace and the pool. The in-house wine-cellar is offering delicious domestic wine. In the first floor, apart from the 4 elegant, spacious bedrooms with modern, open bathroom-facilities, there is also a fitness room. The hosts were very friendly and caring, looking after our well-being as if we were family. They contacted us prior to arrival to arrange everything about our reception. Upon arrival, they showed us around the villa and explained the technical issues. They took care of every detail, even salt, vinegar, oil, sugar, coffee, dish-washer tabs, fresh sponges and cloths for the dishes. There was a wealth of cooking pots, modern plates, glasses, cutlery, and also a set of high quality knives. Apart from usual kitchen appliances there were a microvave, espresso machine, toaster - everything one may need. What impressed us additionally were the lovely arrangements of pralines which our hosts prepared as a welcome. And the Christmas decoration too. The location is stunning, overlooking the city of Zadar, the sea and the nearby islands. We had an exceptional experience enjoying the great view of the midnight fireworks at the start of 2024.

Wonderful cozy mini villa within walking distance of several beaches, cafes, bars, and supermarkets. The house had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including a convenient kitchen, two air conditioners, a sizable refrigerator, and a modern washing machine. I want to particularly highlight the hospitality of the owner - Snjezana was very friendly and helped us resolve all the questions and challenges we encountered. Thank you! Maximum rating.

The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and adorned with modern amenities, offering a splendid view of the serene surroundings. The location, too, is perfect – just a stone’s throw away from the vibrant heart of Zadar, yet secluded enough to provide an escape from the hustle and bustle. I cannot thank the staff enough for their attentive service, genuine warmth, and dedication to ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. Luxury Wellness & Spa Villa Depaja is not just a place to stay, but a holistic experience that I would recommend to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and well-being in Zadar.

We went as a family with 2 kids and LOVED absolutely EVERYTHING about this property! Amazing location, peaceful and quiet, but close enough to anything you’d want to visit. Beautiful house, super clean, awesome garden and swimming pool with super nice patio to chill during the day or night. Perfect for both families/couples or group of friends. And of course, amazing, amazing hosts, can’t thank them enough for everything! We will definitely be going back next summer :)

The villa is beautiful. Spacious living and kitchen with all appliances. Good bed and bathroom. Beds were good and the whole villa felt very luxurious. We had our own pool with sun beds, barbecue and terrace were we could eat. The hosts were very kind and went out of their way to give us a welcome feeling. They had information about the surroundings, were regularly checking in to see if everything was fine and responded very quickly to any question we had. We highly recommend Villa Voyage if you want to stay in Zadar or it’s vicinity.

    Ár/érték arány magasan a legjobb. A szállás felszereltsége kiváló. A wellness rész is nagyon rendben volt. Tiszta és illatos ház fogadott minket. Ápolt, igényes kert, szép jól frekventált villa. Közelben éttermek, boltok. Kellemes távolságra a tengertől.

    Igényes, otthonos, tágas és kényelmes apartman nagyméretű boxing ággyal, erkéllyel, kilatással a tengerre. Az egész villa otthonos, az apartmanok benne kellő távolságra vannak egymástól, a lakók nem zavarják egymást. Minden igényes és tiszta. A házigazdák kedvesek, szolgálatkészek, vendégszeretőek.

    Nagyon tetszett a szállás is, de ami igazán lenyűgözött, az a hihetetlen vendégcentrikus hozzáállás. Végtelenül kedvesek a háziak, nem mulasztottak el egy alkalmat sem, hogy kisebb nagyobb meglepetésekkel tegyék még szebbé az utazásunkat. Nem luxusszálló, aki ilyesmire vágyik, az keressen másik szállást, viszont azt az érzést hozta fel belőlünk, mint amikor gyerekkorunkban a nagymamánál nyaraltunk. Nagyon nagyon tetszett minden, ezért nem lehet más az értékelés mint 10 pont. Köszönjük szépen!!!

    Nagyon szép villa egy gyönyörű helyen. Jó ár/érték arány , nagyon barátságos tulajdonos Odaérkezesünkkor meglepetéssel is készült. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, nagyon ajánlom.
