Everything was perfect. The outside-area was spacious and had everything you need with many chairs, grill, outside shower and a pool. The view to the sea was stunning. The villa vas really clean and everything was brand new inside also. The location is nice, because you can just walk down to the near by beach or store in 10-15min or you can take a taxi to split which are really cheap and it takes like 25min.

wow what a place! Our hosts were absolutely impeccable. They greeted us with a warm and friendly smile even though we'd kept them waiting from the airport They had brought me a birthday cake and bubbles on arrival. Everything was spotless. Beds were comfy. The facilities were fantastic and we were all so tired from work that honestly you could quite happily stay there and never go out! Loved the pool and my friends loved the jacuzzi and the sauna. we had a few teething issues with the facilities but Petra was very quick to sort out and couldn't have helped more. She was brilliant too on where to go and what to do. It was up a quite hilly place so you need a car if you're planning on going anywhere although parking in Split isn't too easy.but there is a supermarket at bottom of hill and a really sweet beach about a 15 min walk. Highly rate this place especially for a significant birthday!

The view was spectacular!! we really appreciated all the little touches Nina put into making it feel luxurious. She was so warm and welcoming when greeting us and giving a tour of the place, showing us how to work the pool and spa. She even helped us order pizza from a local place the first night we arrived. The infinity pool, hot tub, wet and dry saunas, relaxation area with aromatherapy, stocked water, sparkling wine and snacks waiting on the table for us and more just made it feel like we were VIPs at a spa resort. We will be returning!!

This is a lovely, spacious, modern and well presented apartment. As a family of 4, it was more than enough, it would be even more suited to twice that number. Our host showed us around briefly and then just left us to it, which was ideal for us. But whenever we needed anything she was always available and happy to help. The indoor pool and sauna area gives the property that something extra, and it's a lovely option to have available. We would definitely recommend this property.

The view was amazing with a grill right by, the owner even gave us home grown vegetables for a salad and home made olive oil. Not the easiest place to find but well worth the effort for some peace and quiet and that view.

We stayed in the villa for 5 days with 8 people. There was plenty of space. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi on the balcony were very nice as well. From the jacuzzi you have a spectacular view over Split. The communication with Vedrana was also perfect. I would definitely recommend this villa.

We had an amazing time, the accommodation is extremely sophisticated and beautiful. New. it is professionally built, with modern furniture and appliances, air conditioning. The pool is great, you can barbecue. everything is provided for a group of friends to feel great. There were 14 of us. communication with the landlord was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend it to everyone.

The location was removed enough from the city and town that you felt like you had some privacy. The views are phenomenal. The outdoor kitchen area is perfect since you'll likely want to spend most of your time outside. The hosts are super friendly and helpful; the grill ran out of gas during our stay and they came by to replace it within the hour. There is a fantastic restaurant just a 5 minute walk down the hill, but be aware you have to make a reservation in advance, day-of will not work.

The host was wonderful and accomodating, the villa was spotless and had every amenity needed. The view is fantastic from the terrace and you can easily disperse your group between the terrace, the pool area, the basement with games and the 2 living rooms. We have overall had a very memorable time living here.

The beach is just in front of you and it’s a walking distance. The staff was excellent! And also don’t go anywhere nearby for your dinner! The hotel has a very nice restaurant with delicious food! Your only exception could be going to Split for dinner and sightseeing.

It is also placed along a main bus route. Zlatko (the host) and his staff go above and beyond for their guests. We were so impressed by the welcome and helpful attitude. The selection at breakfast was such a pleasant bonus. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily by a friendly staff member. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't book anywhere else if staying near Split again. Thank you Villa Pinocchio!
