The house is very comfortable and has all necessary ammenities. It is also super clean. The host is friendly and responsive. We were welcomed by her parents who live nearby. They do not speak English but it is not a problem at all - if there is any issue, they solve it immadiately. besides, you can always text the host who responses right away. The neighbourhood is really peaceful and there is no traffic at all in the tiny street where the house is located. The nearest beaches are located within 10-12 minute drive. Perfect place for slow and crowd-free holidays.Thank you Kristina.

The property is located in the real Croatian country side which makes it very quite and away from all the tourists. The real highlight are the hosts who gave us their home grown vegetables and let us samle their home made alcoholic beverages. At the same time the owners weren’t intrusive. The nearest town Labin is about 10min drive with the shops etc and the beautiful beaches of Rabac are about 20min drive away.

We had a very great holiday in Villa Franka. The villa is perfect for families. The house is very well maintained and nothing is missing. Washing machine towels etc everything you need is available. The pool is particularly great. in the pool house there is a lounge including a kitchen. right next to it is the children's playroom, which is fully equipped. the hosts are super friendly and accommodating and fulfill every wish. Conclusion: I can only recommend a holiday in Villa Franka and we will definitely be back.
