I would like to begin my feedback from wonderful and warm welcome. From the first glance it was clear that everything is thought out and furnished modernly and tastefully. The were good Inet, big TV & PlayStation, this fact says that children were excited:) The kitchen and 3 bedrooms were equipped with everything you need (air conditioners, a lot of towels, coffee machine etc), moreover all everything was new. Every morning we received a basket full of fresh vegetables from the garden. Only about tomatoes one can talk and write for a very long time. I haven't tried these anywhere. If we speak about The house itself and the small terrace offer unforgettable views of the mountains and the sea. Around the house there is a stylish design and a wonderful place for dining with amazing lighting. The pool is clean and pleasant. Since I traveled with children, we had to get to the beach by car. I would like to make my own a rating of beaches for the convenience of resting with children: 1. Beach Vitaljina ~21 km (very clear water, great view and beach) 2. Beach Molunat ~ 12 km (gentle entry into the water) 3. Pasjača Beach ~ 3,5 km (unique view and amazing stairs along the cliffs) 4. Beach Radovcici ~2,2 km ( amazing view, very close and cool place for selfy & foto but it dangerous to swim for children) I only had time to visit these beaches in 9 days. But I recommend all of them to visit. Also I was advised to visit Lancana cafe in Molunat -> must visit place! -> very tasty and average prices for dishes at the end of our stay, we were treated in a way that makes you want to come back. Finishing my review, I would like to note the sincere attitude towards us (guests). All our requests and whims were fulfilled It's like I was at home. PS: I would like to specially mention and thank to Nikola (Maria's father), a very attentive and kind person!

We were a group of 6 grownups and 2 little children. The villa was just amazing. First of all, the host Ana-Marija was such a kind and helpful person. Every day early in the morning her father came to clean the pool and the barbecue, while the group was still sleeping. The pool wasn’t heated, but anyway at the beginning of may the water was worm enough for having a lot of fun inside. It even has a jacuzzi function. There are a lot of opportunities for the kids, like an outdoor playground, Basketball area and Trampoline. The whole outdoor area is just amazing! Lot of different places to sit outside, sunbeds, parasols, nice flowers and beautiful lemon trees. The house is equipped with everything you will need for your stay, even oven gloves, tea towels, pool towls and stuff for barbecue are available. At least the house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (two separate bathrooms in two rooms, 2 bathrooms at the ground floor and one bathroom upstairs pretty close to two bedrooms). There are also three kitchens (two indoor, one outdoor). This conditions are just perfect for travelling with a group. To drive, the house is around 15 minutes away from the airport. To Dubrovnik it will take at least 35-40 minutes. The small village Gruda is just 3 minutes away by car. The village provides more than 3 supermarkets and is surrounded by very good restaurants. We could also recommend visiting Cavtat and the Pasjaca Beach. All in all, choosing this villa for our holiday, made our trip to a memorial experience. We will definitely come back!

Absolutely everything! The gorgeous location in the mountains with incredible views but still so close to everything, the beautiful villa which has been renovated to a stunning high standard, all the fantastic amenities like the heated pool, hot tub, sauna, wine cellar, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful areas to relax in. But most of all, our most wonderful host, Nikoleta, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We were there for a week with a group of family and friends to celebrate my 50th birthday, and Nikoleta made sure to make us feel so welcome, with stocking the fridge, gifts and a special vegan cake she made for me, fresh vegetables delivered from her garden, tips and helpful information of restaurants and local incredible beaches and sights, and excellent transport services from her husband’s company. We could not fault a thing, it was absolutely magical! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Nikoleta and her beautiful family for making this the most incredible trip of a lifetime
