This villa is absolutely stunning, beautiful hillside views, modern, extremely clean. I would highly recommend it. The host was so kind and extremely helpful he went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. This villa has everything you need and more. The pool area is just brilliant. There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The inside is so modern and the beds were so comfortable. We got a taxi every evening into the old town. There is a bus 2 mins walk from the villa to the old town, also close by is the supermarket for all your food you need. Our lovely host even prepared a beautiful chocolate cake for my husbands birthday. Your will not be disappointed with this villa and we will defo be back

The villa itself was gorgeous - the jacuzzi & the sauna were a super touch. The decor was lovely & the material used for flooring, bathroom walls, fittings were all very luxe. Each floor was so well laid out. The master suite was super large & had a large walk-in closet & a lovely balcony sit-out. The living area on the top floor was large enough for the 6 of us & so well equipped with everything. The location was brilliant - in the quieter part of the old town but just a few steps down and all the hustle bustle of the restaurants, bars & the main street began. The inclusion of breakfast was very thoughtful - the best part was that it was a' la carte & it was truly champagne & mimosas for breakfast!! And last but not the least Antonella was extremely helpful to get us everything we needed. She & her husband went above & beyond to help find reliable porter services & negotiate with them for us. Their attitude to everything definitely made our stay that much more memorable.

We have stayed few days in Vizmeg house in Zaton, Dubrovnik. House is very spacious and very well equipped with everything needed for normal day to day life. House was also looked after and very clean. Irena was great host and made us feel really welcome and special during our entire stay there. Parking is secure and off the street. The beach access is marvelous and only couple of minutes short walk from the property. There is a bakery shop and grocery store couple of minutes from the house as well as a good selection of restaurants and eateries down by the see. Atmosphere is also very relaxing and safe there.

Amazing apartment with the best view of the wall and sea. We really enjoyed the secluded balcony that was well equipped with a table, 4 chairs, and an umbrella for shading. Right outside, there is a great bar on the outside of the wall where one can take a swim in the ocean as well. Spacious apartment equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, and all the kitchenware that one needs to cook.large fridge/freezer.

Excellent staying!! Nevia contacted us as soon as we made a reservation. She gave us a lot of tips about transport, trips and tours. On arrival day she meet us in front of the property and welcomed us. She showed us a property and gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants. Property is very beautiful!! It's decorated with a lot of stile. Property is newly renovated and all appliances are new, we loved the coffee machine and Netflix. Regarding the location, location is excellent!! Property is located just a few steps from Stradun, the main street. All restaurants and shops are a minute away. Beach is 10 min walk and harbour tours for Islands is 3 minutes walk from property. Overall this is a beautiful house on top location and a host is very helpful. We will be back!

Location and the views were truly wonderful! The Amenities provided by Ivica were amazing at the property and he was a great host!! He helped us locate the nearest grocery store and drove us there himself on the forst day and booked us a hard to get reservation at the panorama restaurant which was truly above and beyond what we expected!!(since the reservations are hard to get in short notice)

Everything in the apartment was working perfectly and the air conditioning kept the bedrooms nice and cool during the night. Outside space and pool were fantastic! The neighborhood is quiet yet the bus stop is close by, at least two supermarkets and several restaurants as well as Copacabana and Lapad beaches are all within a walking distance. Hosts were super friendly and hospitable. Can definitely recommend!MarieSolo traveler

Villa is very well equipped and Pool area is amazing and supplied with loungers, beach towels and dining area. Perfect central location close to numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The accommodation itself is spotless, in an incredible location and has everything you need! The private pool is a luxury and plenty of sun loungers for you to relax at the villa! Wish we could have stayed longer! Bare in mind to get the views, there are a few steps to climb!
