This is a wonderful deluxe villa in a great location and the welcoming owners made sure we had a great time. The friendly owners take great pride in their villa and the welfare of their guests. The villa is well-designed to a very high spec, and the balcony area has a fantastic view, with space for six to dine in comfort. The grounds are well-kept with grapes, plums, limes, lemons and figs everywhere. The location is such that the airport, Argostoli town, and about ten pristine sandy beaches are all within a 10-15 minute drive, and the main roads to the other towns are easy access. We loved our stay and many thanks to Jannis and Erasmia for ensuring we had a fantastic time. We’ll be back!

The house was clean, spacious, nicely and tastefully furnished. It was equipped with everything we needed and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast on the terrace, from where there was an interesting view of the nearby airport. The children also appreciated the pool, which was clean. Nelly was very nice and accommodating. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be happy to come back!!!

Loved sarlata villas. Very comfortable. The pool was amazing and we especially liked the outside space with BBQ/ fire place. Also really liked having a balcony of the bedroom. View is great and beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the terrace Though close to the airport, don't let that put you off. There were only a few planes a day, the noise level is minimum. It's one of the best villas, if not the best, we ever stayed in.

Very nice and confirtable place with beautiful garden. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you needed. Very kind host Vangelis welcomed us with drinks and sweets. He was very helpful for any support and advice.

The villa was postioned perfectly for our needs, modern and fresh facilities. Wine, water and snacks left on arrival. Great pool area which we were able to use while waiting for villa to be readied as we had to arrive very early and for whole day after checking out as our flight was late at night. Mini market adjoining the villa which had everything we needed. Costas the owner was amazingly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and ordering food in and taxis. Couldn't have found a nicer place to relax.

Such a wonderful villa and service, this is our second stay and will not be our last. Nothing was too much trouble and when there was an issue they were on hand immediately, one morning the water was running cold, this was fixed in less that 5 minutes of my call!

We loved our stay..Sofia and George go above and beyond for their guests honestly we felt like family from the start..The apartment is just perfect every little detail has been covered it's stunning the photos are incredible but not a patch on the reality it really exceeded our dreams..beautiful bed linen a beautiful bed and mattress for a beautiful sleep..the handmade kitchen is full with everything you need to cook any meal ..The shower is amazing too very powerful with lots of hot water and lots of fluffy white towels.Then there's the huge balcony overlooking the most divine picturesque view we had ever seen...and to top it all a sunset over the sea which we saw every night...There are so many beautiful beaches it's a 5 mins taxi transfer from the airport,a local bus that takes you to Agostoli or to central svoronata.. Kefalonia has stolen our hearts as has Anio Residence,Sofia and George who we couldn't recommend enough...😍 we will definitely be back can't recommend it enough..
