A beautiful new villa with all the necessary equipment and with a swimming pool and a large private parking lot. Nice view from the upper terrace, which can also be well shaded. Peaceful surroundings. Good location, but you need a car, motorbike, ATW or bicycle for trips around the island. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I hope we will return to this villa.

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful house. The EPTA house is quite new and has a very fresh feel. The house has been updated with grass and sunbeds outside. At arrival we were met by a very friendly host who had bought us water, juice, bread, fruits and cakes. And even a bottle of a good local wine. A perfect start! The house is located in the countryside with no traffic or other noise. A really peaceful place, but still close to the local main street. It’s a 10 minute walk to the closest restaurants and a good super market. To the beach and the beachfront restaurants it’s about 20 min to walk, so it’s a good idea to rent bicycles or a car to get around. The area Marmari is located on the north coast in the middle of the island, so it’s pretty close to everything. The local beach is very nice too as it is covered with delicious sand and has almost no stones or rocks. And there’s even some free sunbeds (if you buy something from the restaurant). When leaving the host came to the house at 2 am to check us out. What a great service! Thanks a lot Sia, we hope to be back soon as we simply loved your perfect house!

We have just returned from a weeks stay and we thought the villa was exceptional. The villa was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The swimming pool was lovely and kept immaculately clean. We loved the villa location being surrounded by peaceful farmland but only a 20 minute walk to the town and beach. Nikos the property manager was instantly available on WhatsApp and was incredibly helpful - he organised various excursions and taxis for us and we appreciated his help. I would highly recommend this villa and would certainly book it again myself.
