Our host Kyriaki was a wonderful and genuine lady who made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble. If you have a bucket list then Ioanna Chateau should be on it. house was very nicely equipped with all what you need for independent stay. location was very good,when you prefer to stay in non-crowded areas and if you have a car and you can travel on your own (what was our preference).

I really loved the host Georgia, she is so friendly and willing to arrange the best possible holiday for you. Just ask her and she will help you the best she can. The house itself is bigger than I thought it would be. And the bed, the bed is super comfortable! Slept so good!! The village is a quiet place, with a small shop for the essentials and a taverna for your meals. People are friendly here, take your time for a small chat; that's nice. And I also liked to walk in the surrounding.

If You are reading this review while hesitant to make your booking, goooooo do the boooking now!!! This place is fantastic!! Everything wt u need is there!! The garden full of historic olive trees and palm-grenade trees. You can take a 3 min walk to the 2000 old olive tree. the location is wonderful! The host is suppper nice and helpful! she started the conversation on whatsup and she was always checking on us. If you are fancy enough for some grill, the place is perfect for grilling and everything for grill equipments are there. if you come from Zakynthos, go to Mymarke and buy some meat first (they have fresh meat) and do your grill at the this house, you won’t regret it. the place is 15 min from every famous thing. From this place you can drive easily to Navagio view location, go early morning to avoid the huge line. It’s obvious the host put so much attention to quality on details in this house… even the shampoo they put for guests is a high quality! So u can imagine the rest😃

We loved the pool area and the surrounding green hills and distant sea view. It was beautiful any time of day. The kids loved checking in on the vegetable garden every morning and there was a spacious courtyard at the back of the house where the bbq area is. The rooms are all spacious with very good quality linen and towels and electric blinds and a/c. There is also plenty to explore within a 20-30mins drive of the villa whether on the west of the island or east. Nikos was always available by whatsapp to help with any questions. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. The villa is very clean and relaxing with modern and homely touches making it the perfect place to spend the whole day or to return to after a day at the beach/exploring. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming villa in Zakynthos that offered a truly tranquil escape. The villa's air-conditioned bedrooms and living room provided a comfortable stay, while the presence of three TVs ensured various entertainment options during leisure hours. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine. It made our stay all the more convenient and enjoyable, with the ability to cook, clean up easily, and even enjoy fresh coffee every morning. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly its pleasant garden, which created a serene ambiance. The well-maintained garden space provided a perfect setting to relax and bask in the natural surroundings. The villa's location was great; being away from the tourist crowds, it allowed for a peaceful retreat while being close enough to nearby beaches. Additionally, I must commend our wonderful host, Sarah, for her exceptional hospitality. She went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. On our last day, Sarah graciously allowed us to check out late, giving us the opportunity to make the most of our time on the island. Sarah's kindness and attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth to our already delightful villa experience. Overall, my experience at this villa in Zakynthos was delightful. With its well-appointed amenities and tranquil garden, it provided the perfect setting for a serene escape. If you're looking for a peaceful and charming retreat on the island, this villa comes highly recommended.

Basil was a superb host - ready to help out if we needed anything. A lovely welcome basket of local fruit, oil and wine was provided. Villa Esperia was well equipped, and the view was magnificent. We'd gladly stay again.
