Ioanna Chateau is the ideal chill out holiday accommodation situated in the quiet town of Maries. Extremely private with all the home comforts. Our host Kyriaki was a wonderful and genuine lady who made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble. If you have a bucket list then Ioanna Chateau should be on it. Thank You Kyriaki we will not forget you or your family.

I loved the location. The views were breathtaking. I'll never forget the sunsets into the Ionian. Stunning. I liked it was a traditional Greek home and not a super modern box with no soul or identity that you can find in any global popular tourist spot. This home feels like you're immersed in Greek life. I loved it. There were so many outside areas to sit and appreciate the views or just socialise and eat. The house was so well equipped. Everything you need from beach towels to BBQ fish grill thingy! The host was really easy to communicate with through Booking.com messages. Previous comments about WiFi surprise me. In the house and on the veranda we had good coverage and could both stream at the same time without issue. The lady in the local shop and cafe was lovely and super helpful.

+ Beautiful, spacious, clean house on a very nice property (farm with some roosters, chicken, lots of cats, ...) + Owner's father (very friendly) lives in a small house on the same property, offers honey, eggs, vegetables, olive oil, ... + Very nice and clean pool + Secluded from other houses, private, but easily reachable and a minimarket & restaurants nearby + Nice beaches and ports relatively close + Insect nets for every single window + AC in every single room + Cleaners removed trash and replaced towels in the middle of the stay

house was very nicely equipped with all what you need for independent stay. location was very good,when you prefer to stay in non-crowded areas and if you have a car and you can travel on your own (what was our preference).

Cute little house in good location, very nicely decorated, everything is near with a car. You basically have a small yard with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, outdoor sitting and shower with toilet. Good wifi. Awesome host - will help you with anything you may need, recommends a lot places to see and experience! We had a great stay.

This house is amazing! Several things that make it outstanding: Location - very good, quite and close to several beaches that are not as crowded and more picturesque, than the ones closer to the city. Located in a small authentic village withwhere local produce can be found. The house itself - not too big, super comfy, extremely clean, with veeeery spacious yard and amazing grill place! You can leave a car inside the yard, chill on patio in the evening, do grill late and not be bothered about it. Hosts - Varvara is amazing, very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Everything is at the highest level! This place is amazing, we wished we stayed there for much longer than a week, one week is not enough, because the quietness, tranquility and the atmosphere of the place is on another level.

The villa is great; spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Nice large infinity pool with excellent sunbeds. The outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza-oven is also great. You can also use the vegetables and fruit from the garden. The service from the host's Nikos and his mother Katerina is great, they are always there for you and think along well. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy beautiful Zakynthos

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming villa in Zakynthos that offered a truly tranquil escape. The villa's air-conditioned bedrooms and living room provided a comfortable stay, while the presence of three TVs ensured various entertainment options during leisure hours. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine. It made our stay all the more convenient and enjoyable, with the ability to cook, clean up easily, and even enjoy fresh coffee every morning. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly its pleasant garden, which created a serene ambiance. The well-maintained garden space provided a perfect setting to relax and bask in the natural surroundings. The villa's location was great; being away from the tourist crowds, it allowed for a peaceful retreat while being close enough to nearby beaches. Additionally, I must commend our wonderful host, Sarah, for her exceptional hospitality. She went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. On our last day, Sarah graciously allowed us to check out late, giving us the opportunity to make the most of our time on the island. Sarah's kindness and attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth to our already delightful villa experience. Overall, my experience at this villa in Zakynthos was delightful. With its well-appointed amenities and tranquil garden, it provided the perfect setting for a serene escape. If you're looking for a peaceful and charming retreat on the island, this villa comes highly recommended.

Basil was a superb host - ready to help out if we needed anything. A lovely welcome basket of local fruit, oil and wine was provided. Villa Esperia was well equipped, and the view was magnificent. We'd gladly stay again.
