It was one of our best summer holiday ever, and a big part of this success Is given to this little comfy modernized boathouse with a large garden just few steps away from the beach. We spent 10 lovely days, just enjoying the lovely and peaceful Marathi bay, with some daily escape to loutraki beach and chania town. The location is just wow. 100 meter (maybe even less) walk to a calm and very nice beach. 3 restaurants within walking distance (even willing to serve food at the property), yet not an overcrowded area. Very good area for families. Great villa for outdoor living. 2 terraces, a patio, a large garden, outdoors shower, …. The villa has all amenities you can ask for: washing machine, dishwasher, tv with Netflix and satellite channels, …. The best owner ever. Stocked the villa with new toys for our toddler, replaced washing products with baby safe versions , full fridge upon arrival, … always only a WhatsApp message away for help or advice …

The house was clean, the pool was also clean, the garden is very beautiful. Internet connection was poor but Mr. Nikos has managed to make it work faster. The matress is very hard…I sleep on hard surfaces but this one is 10/10 firm:))) You have privacy and no one will disturb you. The AC works perfectly. Only the cicadas are very very noisy. Very nice house! Next year I’ll be back!

I liked everything, Voula home is beautifully located with spectacular view. 5 min downhill there's a great local tavern. The hosts were very nice, welcomed us with raki and next day offered some local snack. We loved the terrace and garden, bedrooms were clean and comfortable.
