Beautiful house in great surroundings. Very private, very well-maintained. The owners are taking great care of their property and communication with them is easy. If you have questions or need something, they will very quickly help you out. For example, due to some heavy rainfall one evening we had some electrical issues (house went dark) and they arrived within 10 minutes to solve it for us, really nice. Would definitely recommend for couple or small family of 4.

This Istar Villa is a beautiful home on a beautiful property. The grounds are unbelievable including a chapel building, shade covered park, tennis court, and pool with outdoor bar. The size of the home is large with plenty of space for our family of 9. The modern decor is lovely and elegant. The billiards table on the top floor was very nice and a big hit with our teenagers.

Villas Status is absolutely stunning, just as it looks in the photos, if not better! The space was perfect for our group of 8 friends, each bedroom comfortable with all the amenities needed, aircon, wardrobe space etc., a big kitchen and gorgeous outside space. The pool area was amazing, we spent most of our time outside and had plenty of room to swim, eat and relax. The villa is in a quiet area, so we often felt like there was noone else around us, and that we were living in our own isolated paradise! But you're also in a great location to reach all of the different parts of the island - we didn't rent a car, although it probably would've been useful to. However, we got taxis to and from Zante, and various beaches across the island, for a relatively low price - you're only about 10-15 minutes from most places. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and very understanding when we made a mark on the outside table. All in all I would thoroughly recommend staying here, and will definitely come back myself if I can!

This property was very well decorated, clean and it has everything you can think of. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of hot water, lots of room, towels, linens, TV and on sits parking. The Villa is a little secluded but that worked well for our family as we enjoyed the quiet nights sitting on the veranda. Ismini, the owner’s daughter welcomed us and she was very informative and sweet. Her and her dad came to see us off on our last day. The hospitality was incredible as the fridge had beer, water and there was a special appetizer ready for us when we arrived. The nearest beach town is bout 10 mins away. Planos is a nice town, very busy at night. In our opinion, Tsilivi beach was the best beach for families. It was sandy with no rocks and very shallow so you can walk out pretty far. Even though the Villa is a little off the path, there is a cafe less than 5 minutes walking and a small restaurant that is very affordable and open late. All in all, this Villa was perfect for us and we had a wonderful time in Zakinthos.

A lot of space. Outdoor relaxing area not short of chairs! :) Washing machine easy and simple to use. Large parking area fits easily 2/3 cars. Majority of beaches are within 15/20 minutes: top!

I’ve spent a week in the villa with my friends. The villa is new and awesome, very comfortable for a group of 7 people. The view is great and the pool is unique. The villa is equipped with every comfort and the kitchen is fully-equipped too. It is located in a central position that allows to reach the most beautiful beaches in Zante in 30 minutes. It is also quite closed to both Laganas and Zakhyntos that are the biggest centres of the island. The host is friendly and helpful. He advised us with the best restaurants and helped us in every occasion we needed. He also gave us the opportunity to have the villa clean for free in the middle of our staying. I definitely recommend the villa for both families and group of friends.
