Located in small garden, in very quiet environment. Close to a small bakery at the end of the street. Perfect place for exploring south coast of Kefalonia. Enough space for group of 4. The kitchen is well equipped but we missed a cheese grater :D

Everything. The location is amazing, quiet and peaceful. You can reach Avithos and nearby beaches in a matter of 10-15 minutes by car. Argostoli or Lassi are basically at the same distance, use the road in front of the property to get to Argostoli, thus having the best view of the island when leaving Lakhitra. Our host, Eleni, did her best to make our stay as pleasurable as possible and not to miss anything. We really appreciate her efforts and responsiveness.

Each apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, so this was a very good choice for us as a large family group. The outdoor area was wonderful as well. There is places to eat within 5-10 mins and further if you don’t mind a little walk or have a car. The pool area was exceptional, plenty of beds and towels. There was a washing machine and air conditioning. There was bread, milk, bottled water, complimentary toiletries and WINE and lovely fresh fruit on arrival. The rooms are fairly basic but had all the amenities you need. The staff were excellent and so accommodating. They could teach some 5* hotels a thing or two. Shout out to Emiliano for the warm welcome, and to Johanna and Marta for their warm and efficient excellent customer service. Will be recommending Villa Theodora to friends.
