Additionally, the convenience of having a supermarket nearby made our stay even more convenient, allowing us to easily stock up on essentials and gourmet treats to enjoy at our leisure. The owner's warmth and hospitality truly stood out. The gesture of inviting us to a Greek dinner one evening was a delightful surprise that added a personal touch to our stay. The local flavors and engaging conversations made the experience all the more memorable. It's clear that the owner takes great pride in ensuring every guest has a truly exceptional stay. In sum, our time at this villa was nothing short of magical. We departed with hearts full of gratitude and a desire to return as soon as possible. The house was lovely and comfortable. Lots of great recommendations of places to eat and close location to lots of beaches. We went to Tsambika beach most days due to the sand and shallow waters for swimming with a young child (10 minute drive) but there is one with pebbles just 200m away. Recommend having a car.

A fantastic villa with an elegant pool in a well-maintained plot with nice planting. It has plenty of room both inside and out, is private and secluded, and yet just a short stroll to the family-friendly streets of Kolimbia for food, shopping and entertainment. The villa has everything you'd need for a really comfortable stay: from air conditioning to streaming tv. Kolimbia itself makes an excellent base to see Rhodes by car: it's midway between the two main towns of Rodos and Lindos, each a 30-45 minute drive and both a must-see. From the villa, it's a few minutes to walk to the beach, but there are several other beaches in a 10-30 minute drive that are well worth the visit (our favourite was Agathi Beach).

Boasting pool views, Villa in the Woods features accommodation with a patio, around 26 km from Temple of Apollon. This villa has a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. The property is non-smoking and is situated 28 km from Mandraki Port.

The location is very secluded - it's the best thing and worst thing about the property. Best in that you can really kick back and get away from it all in beautiful surroundings. Worst in that the 10 min dirt track ride to and fro gets to be a bit of a drag and hard on your vehicle (though we managed with a Renault Clio, so you don't need a 4x4, but it might be better). The pool is lovely, again great in some ways -for adults but not that there is no shallow end so no suitable for small kids/small non-swimmers, but most adults would be at least in depth throughout. But it is a decent size and we used it heavily. The spec of the villa is high and it is very comfortable. We had a few issues with power cuts during the stay but they were dealt with very efficiently by the owners.

Excellent Location, Kolymbia is best location on the island, its mid way between rhodes town and Lindos/South of the island. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The background of the house is a mountain, good view and scenery Whole house is clean. Very spacious. Facilities are excellent. Everything you need is inside the house. Swimming pool was cleaned every alternate days. The swimming pool was really good. Staff were great and really helpful. Good privacy.

    Location is excellent on the island, if you have a car it's very central to get to places. We had a 4 month old baby with us, the village is very quiet, which was perfect for us. All the facilities in the rooms are excellent. Private pool, which is cleaned every day. We absolutely loved it here.

    Amazing stay at 12 islands, best of both worlds the peace and luxury of a villa with the benefits of a hotel , breakfast delivered daily, room service, cleaned daily. 15 mins from beach and town centre , easily walkable. Manuel is a great host and made sure our stay was exceptional, highly recommended staying here and look forward to going back next year.

    A villa with private pool that is run like a hotel. We chose our breakfast via an app which was delivered in the morning. There was a huge choice- something for everyone. Daily cleaning if you want it. Only a few minutes from one of the Kolymbia beaches.

    Second time visiting kolymbia villas, I absolutely love it here, the staff are really friendly make you feel welcome, if you need anything nothings to much trouble. I love the privacy of the pool and the complex is really clean, will definitely stay there again.. next time I need to brave driving as you definitely need a car when staying here.

    Highly recommend! The villa is beautiful, well maintained, the surrounding is very big, the pool is perfect, there is place for everyone, the table upstairs is amazing for dinner with friends/family, the kitchen is super well equipped, there are even two kitchens! We were also surprised by an amazing greek dinner from the owners of the place! This was a lovely stay in a private villa and we would recommend it to anyone!

    Good location, helpful and friendly staff. The private pool was really nice! I would recommend a rental car since the villas are located on a hill with the main coastal road running just beside it. The road is quite busy!
