Location was incredible! 2 mins to beach, 2 mins to supermarket, right at the start of the “strip” not that it it’s but all the bars etc start here, can’t bear any noise inside though even if you have an early night. Has all the amenities for light cooking if you choose to. Paolo is so helpful, helped with airport transfers, tips, very friendly, easy to reach if needed. Can’t fault this property, absolutely perfect for anyone who wants simple accommodation within a very short distance of all the life in Kardamena

I got a warm welcome from Katerina and her family even though I booked spontaneously. The Location is great, right in the centre, the House is really pretty and as the name suggests, cozy. There is a big living area on the first floor, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room on the second and another bedroom and bathroom on the third floor, all with balcony. The view is great and in the morning the sun shines nicely through the window on the top floor. Furthermore Katerina provided Material so I could do my laundry and things like bread, water, juice and beer.

The house is fantastic with an amazing view. Andreas and his wife are incredible nice hosts. The design inside the house is made with a lot of love and outside you will find a lot of nice sitting areas, so that you con choose between sun and shadow. The fridge was filled with beer, wine and other basic products. We will come back.
