At that moment, though we were tired had to wait until midnight until they rectify problem. The next day they upgraded us a next room with a private pool which made our stay there over the moon. The hotel was in a great top location, thoroughly enjoyed sunrise views. I had a lifetime memory with my wife during our stay.
