Green Villa, villa in Ialyssos

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a patio, Green Villa is set in Ialyssos. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 700 metres from Ialyssos Beach.

The property was in a lovely quiet area yet only a couple of minutes walk to the main road and AB supermarket. There were lots of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. There is a regular bus service to Rhodes town and a taxi is about €15 depending on the time. We also hired a car to see other parts of the island and there was a car space at the villa. The owners were delightful and very quick to help with whatever they were asked. I would be very happy to stay here again. Altogether a great holiday.

The villa comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne. This villa is non-smoking and soundproof.

We loved this super clean and very quite house with everything you need for nice and relaxing vocation. Only 2 minutes walking to the beach where you can find also sun beds. Also important the fantastic view as you can enjoying the sunrise early morning or the sunset afternoon and the sea view out of the balcony’s house . The The town of Rhodes and the Old town is 10 minutes by car and the house is walking distance to restaurants, super market, bars, farmaci. We really enjoyed the grate garden and the big balcony having our dinner and our coffee there. There is a parking area exactly out of the house. Absolutely recommendable !! The host was very helpful and did everything to make us feel comfortable

We were a Family of 5, and stayed at the property for 10 days in Oct 2023. The property, facilities and location were just perfect. Only 8 minute walk in to the main street to the restaurants, shops and bars, and only 2 minutes to a local supermarket, coffee shop and bakery. The Villa is also just 1 min from a main bus route road, so very easy to hop on the bus to visit the Old town City center. The privacy is great at the Villa, and very safe neighborhood surrounded by local residents. The swimming pool is a good size and depth, and we enjoyed many days of playing around with pool games, especially the inflatable volleyball :-) All in all, very easy to get to, very private property with plenty of space and close to shops, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend as we had a lovely time

We enjoyed our stay at Filippos Villa, a lovely place to be. We were welcomed by the Rhodes Holidays agent. We also met the property owner, Mr Filippos, who was more than happy to assist us with everything we needed. We spent several mornings and evenings near the pool and barbeque area. We will miss the peace of this garden! It exceeded our expectations (fully equipped place)! Highly recommended!

Immaculate luxury villa, fully equipped with every appliance, more than ample crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Beautifully maintained throughout the property and garden. It was Easter weekend during our stay and Giannis and Sebastian provided details of local traditions and customs covering the period supplying any items required to join with the locals and celebrate. We cannot thank Giannis and Sebastian enough for all their help in providing any information we required regarding trips, places to eat and visit. All staff were exceptionally helpful and answered any questions immediately, we will definitely be recommending both the Villa and staff to family and friends and hope to return again.

    Location was excellent, villa had plenty of room, TVs were good, kitchen was very well equipped, great to have a little pool, lovely outside space and seating, the bedrooms were spacious and plenty of storage space, hangers, hairdryers etc. We really appreciated the pool towels, the slippers and the clean sheets and towels. The large white bath towels were very good FABULOUS!

    Villa is really luxurious and beautiful, everything inside is quality. Photos from the description represent the reality. Has lots of facilities, everything you might want to feel like home! The garden surrounding the villa is also beautiful and big. The fridge was full for us with everything we needed, as we have arrived in the night, that was very helpful! Our host, Mr. Sebastian, was very kind and helpful, he gave us all the info we needed and checked regularly to see if you need anything, making us feel welcome! Thank you!

    This is a really well equipped, modern villa. The pool area is fabulous and the addition of table tennis was welcomed by the teens. Rhodes Villas looked after us really well reacting quickly if needed (like replacing the bbq gas bottle). The villa is about a 15 minute walk to the pebbly beach and many tavernas. There is a bus service into Rhodes town and many taxis to help get around.

    Villa was well equipped, luxurious, spacious & in an excellent location, plenty bars/restaurants nearby, taxi rank outside & bus stops close by. The owner & his wife were absolutely lovely, couldn't do enough for you & left a welcome pack of wine, bread, cereal, milk, jam, coffee, butter & fresh juice on our arrival which was appreciated as we arrived late at night.

    Amazing property, amazing host and amazing stay! We are so glad we came and stayed at this stunning villa. Everything was absolutely perfect, the rooms all had individual A/C, the kitchen was perfectly kitted out, the outside area was so luxurious with full eating area by the pool and fully equipped with furniture, BBQ and sun loungers. The host goes over and above what is required of him and is such a nice guy!

    The staff were super friendly and in particular the receptionist who is extremely welcoming and makes you feel welcome into your new home. The accommodation was modernly designed and spacious. It feels like a private villa; very well maintained, quiet area yet near a supermarket and walking distance to lovely restaurants in Ialysos and Ixia. Brilliant value for money!
