The property is very close to Finikounta centre and the beach. Mini market is 5 minutes walk away if you need to pop out and get some food. The property is beautifully decorated with exceptional views (particularly in the mornings). The owner was very welcoming, regularly checking whether we have everything what we need. We were two ladies travelling alone. The parents who live downstairs even offered to drive us to the Destino beach bar which was 7 minutes away by car. An absolute must to visit. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Avocantos House is such a beautiful and well maintained place, fully equipped with everything you need. It‘s located close to a very nice and not crowded beach and Stelios and his wife are just the nicest people who make sure that you have everything you need. There’s even a breakfast service ;)) We will surely come again, it was just lovely ❤️

My wife and I had a great stay at eleni's house. The location was perfect with a free public parking lot just around the corner. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, with a nice view from the balcony and good wifi. Would definitely stay at eleni's house again if we return to finikounda.

Location and views were perfect. The farm around the houses offered playing space for the kids. Enjoyed the calm feeling. Owners were quite friendly and helpful with proposals for activities in the area. Would definitely rebook in the future.

The villas are very clean and have a lot of privacy. Abelia is perfectly located a bit further away from the town of Finikounda and has great views of the sea. A highly recommended property for relaxation.
