The Villa is beautiful and very clean. Mike and family had generously stocked the kitchen with food for our arrival and they also prepared a beautiful home cooked meal for us during our stay. The location is perfect by the sea and walking distance from tavernas and shops, even in the off season when many were shut. The kids loved the pool with inflatables even if it was a little cold still in April! Some lovely deserted beaches nearby too. Mike was responsive throughout our stay to any questions. A perfect place from which to explore Crete on our first visit to the island.

The villa is beautiful and it is well equipped with all you need for a unique vacation. There is a large sheltered outdoor area which provides enough shade even on the hottest of days. The pool is well maintained, clean and of a good size. The best thing about he house is its proximity to the sea and the beautiful views. The beach is very close, sea was calm even on windy days and the water was crystal clear. It is a mixture of sand and stones, if your feet are not extremely sensitive you can do without shoes. There was not many people in the area, the beach was nearly empty most of the time. Try some local restarurants, we really liked Dionisos, which is a small family run taverna, with basic but very tasty local food. There is a supermarket in walking distance on the main road, with fresh bread every morning. Many thanks to the villa owner, Despoina. We had a wonderful time in her villa and would love to visit again.

The apartment was very clean. Beds are very comfortable, air conditioners work perfectly, there is always hot water, the washing machine works very well. Very nice space and great host welcomed with a lot of presents for us! Highly recommend! Good to have a car. Some beaches are nearby and really good ones you need to drive about 15 minutes. Thanks a lot!

A good location right next to the beach, but it was great to also have a pool. We didn't cook, as there was an excellent restaurant nearby, but the kitchen was very well-equipped. The house had everything we needed!

The calm, the clean swimming pool, the wonderful view, the direct access to the sea, a wonderful sea, the kindness of Despoina, I just recommend this place, the house is small but very well equipped and anyway, you spend your days outside or in the sea which is just right here and the swimming pool. The view is just unbelievable and the hosts are wonderful!
