Everything was ok. The gues so kind and ready to our requests. We felt like we were at home. The place is near to one of my favorite place in Zante : Porto Roxa. But other beautiful places are very near. Agios Leon has a natural breeze that permit to Sleep without usino the air conditioning. We will come back ! Thanks!!!

The house is beautiful & super clean! 10 min from porta roxa and Porto limnionas beach. Super location to explore the south/west and north coastline of the island! You need a car everywhere you go tho and it’s a very quiet neighborhood around the house area. There’s not allot to do if you don’t have a car tho.

The location was just perfect, many amazing beaches are in close reach (Porto Limnionas among all), while avoiding the big crowds. The design of the villa is beautiful and consistent throughout, with all possible amenities and a daily cleaning service. We had such great time in the pool and having a glass of wine at sundown in that terrace is irresistible. Also, thanks to Tina’s expert and kind recommendations, we got to experience the best locations of the island and even booking a fantastic boat trip near Navagio. She contributed to create amazing memories and we’ll never thank her enough for that!

This house is a little gem in Zakynthos. We were so pleased with EVERYTHING. Our host thought in every single detail in this house. Everything you need, you would have it available. Nicely decorated, clean and with modern appliances. There are so many nice things to say. Located in Agio Leon, we had 30 minutes of travel to each corner of the island (this was great to explore different landscapes such as Porto Limonias, Navaggio, Makris Gialos and Vathi Lagadi; completely different beaches from one another). We like to stay away from the south touristic area and we could not have chosen a better place. In Agio Leon, you can find a bakery and some small markets with amazing local products (fresh eggs and traditional local wine in plastic bottles). The stand out of our stay in the house was the barbecue nights we have done in the front terrace which has a far view from the sea as well!!! Such an amazing quiet atmosphere that both my girlfriend and friends enjoyed a lot. We recommend renting a car and we were happy to find out that the house has a private parking space. Overall 10/10. I have travelled to many islands in Greece and stayed in lots of great houses but this one is the best I have ever been to. Next year I might come back to Zakynthos with a visiting friend and I am definitely booking this house again!

We stayed at Vorto House for 10 days in July 2022. It's a pleasant, cozy, spotlessly clean place with a very nice courtyard, where one can hang out in the shade during the heat of the day and cool off under the stars at night. Iannis, the owner is a wonderful host, with a great style and great stories of his 200-year old house. Xristina, the lady who comes over every second day to clean up and make the beds is also a very nice, helpful person. We loved the village, Agios Leon as well, paying daily visits to the loveliest family-run cafe down the road (with the inimitable Diamantina in charge), the neighboring bakery, and the minimarket run by an affable Greek-Canadian. Admittedly, the village is not exactly close to the more popular areas of the island, but having rented a car, this has caused us no trouble, and we loved the beaches nearby.

The best place to stay in Zakynthos if you want the true authentic experience without the touristic hassle. Dennis was great in showing us around and kept sending us recommendations throughout our stay. Truly 5 star host and acommodation.
