Fantastic hosts (friendly and helpful) meeting us upon arrival, providing us even with some food-supplies for the first day. Tiny but new and very nice and clean property at the best possible location overlooking the wonderful Atheras bay with an own entrance to the crystalline waters (this is not suitable for people with some mobility restrictions, but the nice sandy beach with a smooth entrance is in a distance of about 100 m). Two excellent tavernas within 250 m.

The location overlooking both sea and mountains was breathtaking. The grounds and pool were very well maintained and the lovely host (Angela) provided us with more than we could have imagined; baby crib, extra cot, fresh fruit, milk, eggs, cold cuts, coffee, toast, honey, wine, olive oil, cookies, juice...you name it!! In other words, don't grocery shop before you arrive. We had a small issue with the hot water in the bath and she immediately came to our aid to fix it. She was very attentive to everything, wanting to make sure we were always satisfied and all I can say is, she didn't disappoint! Next time we come to Kefalonia, this is the place to be!!

The house is very nice, the little pool very very nice when it is hot as it is in summer ! It is difficult to find but well placed, close to nice beaches, close to a lot we wanted to visit and not too far from Argostoli. But you need a car, for sure, as you need it anyway as the island is very big and if you want to visit it.

The entire place was amazing, exactly like on the photos. We enjoyed our staying in this beautiful villa, and were particularly delighted with the hospitality of our host, who prepared breakfast and morning coffee for us, free of charge. I would highly recommend Art Gallery Villa to everyone!

The bed is comfortable. The house has an amazing garden with a sea view and you have a private parking spot right in front of the house. The most amazing part of our stay was Olga (the owner). We arrived very late at 2am due to flight delay, she met us, had provided us with dinner and stocked our fridge. We were so grateful. I highly recommend a stay here, it is ideal for families or those without children. The villa is beautifully presented and just so quaint. The pool is a huge bonus and the beautiful gardens.

I don’t think there is a Villa on the Island with a pool space and view combination like this. The garden surrounding the villa is beautiful. Angela is a fantastic host who really looks after you, from essential groceries on arrival to fresh bread every day!! The Villa is very well equipped with everything you need however, there wasn’t a toaster when we arrived and we used the oven grill. I just asked Angela if there was a toaster? She only went out and bought one!!! Exceptional host!!!

So nice to stay in a villa that has so much character and loving attention to detail paid to all aspects of the build and decoration. From the quality of the sun beds, to the pool, the lighting, the aspect of the terraces and to the full fridge. The villa, pool and garden are beautful - and equipped and maintained to a high standard. Lovely rural location on edge of quiet village, with extensive views. Very peaceful and comfortable. Superb family run fish restaurant at nearby Atheras beach (approx May- early Oct).
