Everything was perfect and way beyond our expectations. The place is even nicer in person than on the pictures. The host couldn't meet us on the day of our arrival but he made sure to come to the place a few days later and chat a bit. He was really kind and also gave us some useful recommendations. The place has everything you need and more- especially kitchen.

Very cosy and peaceful little house in the suburbs of the Kos town. Near to village Zia and beautiful sunset watching points. Everything in the house was perfect. We were welcomed with some refreshing snacks and drinks. There was nice olive scented hand liquid soap as well as body and hair shampoo. Plenty of towels in the wardrobe. A little black cat and a hen with chickens were our first neighbours. My daughter loved this. The host is very kind. I would definitely recommend this place.

The small house was absolutely perfect, set in a beautiful location lovely kitchen and powerful shower, and very comfy bed. My partner and I enjoy walking/hiking so we were up and away early each morning for a few hours before it got to hot. On the 3 days we were there we took 3 different routes the first day we turned left to asomatos then up past the church and picked up a dirt road, which lead to cemetery, the second day we headed straight up to Zia, to see how far we could get up the mountain our intention was to make it to the summit, but was to much off a challenge, but never the less was rewarded with some spectacular views. On the third day we walked down to lagoudi turned left up towards another church and beautiful cemetery, then up to Zia and back down to asphendiou there is also a lovely taverna in the village 5 minutes from the house where we had a couple of really good meals. The hosts are absolutely lovely! They make you feel welcomed and are always available to assist if needed. The view, rooms and environment is breathtaking. If you want to have that “up in the mountains” spiritual feeling, you’ll get it hear. Amazing sunsets and very close to the shops in Zia. Wifi was excellent! Overall super lovely!
