Heavenly retreat far from the crowds From beginning to end our stay was perfect in every way! We arrived in the evening to be collected at the airport followed by drinks and food with the locals courtesy of Stelios. Having visited Kos before, this is our favourite part of the island. Practically next door to the airport and supermarket, perched on a cliff overlooking all of the best beaches on the island. Peace and tranquility with views down to the beautiful Island of Kastri and Kefalos beyond. If you fancy a trip to Kos it’s an effortless 35 minute drive, the island is small so nowhere is that far away. Kardamena is a 15 minute drive with multiple restaurants overlooking the small harbour. For the kids the water park is worth a visit, very good value, no queues and clean. For a 5 star beach experience head to Diamond Beach Life a 5 minute drive, cabanas, sunset cocktails and lovely food. Alternatively a 10 minute walk from the villa takes you to your own quiet beach, a great place for a picnic under the stars. The villa is even better than the pictures and nothing was too much trouble for Ellie and Irina who brought us a lovey breakfast each morning and kept the place spotless (essential when traveling with teenagers. Thank you Stelio’s and Ellie we will definitely be back!

Struttura in posizione super strategica, a 1km dall'aeroporto, ci siamo arrivati a piedi. Posizionato al cento dell'isola è davvero comoda. Noi con lo scooter abbiamo girato tutta l'isola in un lampo. Appartamento super attrezzato, non manca NIENTE, spazi esterni molto tranquilli. La struttura è una casa tradizionale in pietra una delle poche rimaste nell'isola. All'interno lavatrice, ferro da stiro, bollitore caffettiera, piastra per toast....non manca nulla. Super scelta

This villa was exceptional. Very clean and had everything for our stay. AC to every room was bonus as was very hot. The lady running this is amazing. Very helpful and stayed in touch daily to make sure we was ok. Even baked us cake one day as we returned from a day out. So very thoughtful. Thankyou ince again.

The property is brand new, it is beautifully designed and furnished to a very high standard. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for entertaining. There are numerous covered outdoor areas to lounge and eat. The swimming pool is a great size for the villa, with a shallow area for relaxing and a swim jet for swimming. The views of the sunrise and sunset from the villa are incredible.

We spent 10 great days in the house. It is well equipped and good for 4 people.. Mastichari is just 10 min walk but I'm recommending to rent a car. The location was finally very convenient, since within 20 minutes it was possible to reach Kos and the best beach (between Kardamena and Kefalos) I have seen in Kos. The owner of the house, Nikos, was waiting for us and explained everything concerning the house and so.

Brand new and immaculately clean, with everything we needed. The owner (an architect) and his wife designed and built the building themselves and have great pride in looking after it and welcoming you personally into the villa. It has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains from every window. There are lots of different areas to sit during the day, depending on the sun and shade. The pool was amazing and someone came to clean it everyday.

Posizione stupenda, Sig. Takis gentilissimo e parla perfettamente italiano. Disponibili, attenti, e molto cordiali. La casa è STUPENDA, dotata di ogni confort! C'è di tutto, macchinetta del caffè americano, italiano, frullatore, piastra elettrica per i toast o panini, microonde, forno, tostapane! La casa è in una posizione perfetta perchè vicina a tutto e comoda al centro paese che si raggiunge a piedi. Vicino ad un distributore e al supermercato. Il paese è coccolo e ha una spiaggia bellissima! Ottimo per chi noleggia a Mastichari i mezzi per spostarsi. Consigliatissima!
