Great villa, excellent value for the money. The pool was fantastic, the rooms are full of light, the tennis court was great. Had a really hard time leaving the villa to visit the island, I would've stayed there all day. Words can't describe this villa 11/10

Heavenly retreat far from the crowds From beginning to end our stay was perfect in every way! We arrived in the evening to be collected at the airport followed by drinks and food with the locals courtesy of Stelios. Having visited Kos before, this is our favourite part of the island. Practically next door to the airport and supermarket, perched on a cliff overlooking all of the best beaches on the island. Peace and tranquility with views down to the beautiful Island of Kastri and Kefalos beyond. If you fancy a trip to Kos it’s an effortless 35 minute drive, the island is small so nowhere is that far away. Kardamena is a 15 minute drive with multiple restaurants overlooking the small harbour. For the kids the water park is worth a visit, very good value, no queues and clean. For a 5 star beach experience head to Diamond Beach Life a 5 minute drive, cabanas, sunset cocktails and lovely food. Alternatively a 10 minute walk from the villa takes you to your own quiet beach, a great place for a picnic under the stars. The villa is even better than the pictures and nothing was too much trouble for Ellie and Irina who brought us a lovey breakfast each morning and kept the place spotless (essential when traveling with teenagers. Thank you Stelio’s and Ellie we will definitely be back!

The house is in a perfect position to visit all the island by car. Everything was clean and confort. It has a beautiful and quite garden. The host was very kind and was always ready to help us if we needed anything.

This villa was exceptional. Very clean and had everything for our stay. AC to every room was bonus as was very hot. The lady running this is amazing. Very helpful and stayed in touch daily to make sure we was ok. Even baked us cake one day as we returned from a day out. So very thoughtful. Thankyou ince again.

Villa Milan is a great location. Position is perfect to reach the airport, the port, the beaches and the town. The villa is really comfortable, the living room, the rooms, the kitchen and the bathrooms are very spacious and full of wardrobes. The house is very well equipped and all the furniture, both indoor and outdoor are of high quality. We recommend Villa Milan both for families and group of friends. The view of the sunset in the sea is magic. The hosts, Bjorn and Lisa, are super kind and always available for any needs.

Maison de type cycladique traditionnel. Magnifique jardin avec une très belle vue sur la mer et Kalymnos. Il est tentant de s'y prélasser toute la journée, car il y a toujours un siège à l'ombre quelle que soit l'heure ! La maison est très bien située pour ceux qui recherchent le calme : à 15 minutes à pied du village de Mastichari, dont nous avons beaucoup apprécié la plage. Les hôtes sont adorables.

Brand new and immaculately clean, with everything we needed. The owner (an architect) and his wife designed and built the building themselves and have great pride in looking after it and welcoming you personally into the villa. It has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains from every window. There are lots of different areas to sit during the day, depending on the sun and shade. The pool was amazing and someone came to clean it everyday.

Tout ! Belle maison aménagée avec goût et très bien équipée, située dans le charmant village de Mastichari. Tout était au top : le logement, la situation, les hôtes adorables et très serviables, la proximité de la mer et des commerces, la location de voiture, le transfert à l’aéroport, les attentions à notre accueil (boissons, fruits, ouzo, etc.) Encore merci !
