Everything! The villa is just perfect, clean, comfortable and located on the beach. The host thought of everything a guest needs and the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and delph. There is a smart TV with Netflix. The exterior is amazing, beautiful seating area, relaxing swing in front of beach and hot tub. The villa is relatively new and tastefully decorated, the gardens are lovely. There is ample parking at the property. It's in a very quiet area quite close to the airport so location is ideal. A short drive to Kamari, Thira, Oia and many other island view points.

Stunning house away from the touristy area but so easy to get to everything. Amalia was the most lovely host who we fell in love with. She checked on us daily, arranged airport transport and gave us great recommendations! Each room has fluffy white robes and slippers - sooo luxurious. We loved coming back from our adventures to relax in the refreshing pool!

Having our own private pool was a huge bonus! It kept the kids busy for hours! The whole set up is phenomenal. The staff is amazing! We left our own personal dirty laundry in a bag and it was returned clean and folded! Talk about being pampered! Did I mention that it is a very short walk to your own private beach!?! Everything is amazing here! I would come back here a million times.

Everything! Absolutely stunning and Lefteris was a great and helpful host. An absolute must must must stay. Great decor with amazing view with the infinity pool all the way to the bathroom. Definitely want to stay here

When we arrived the fridge was full of cheese, meats, milk, jams for us to eat. There was also bread and drink options. It was really nice because we were hungry on arrival. Alex our host was easy to contact via WhatsApp, prior to our stay for advice and info and throughout. We have never felt more at home on a holiday and would defo book again. If you book I advise hiring a car as you are not in walking distance to anywhere. The supermarkets are 5/10 minute drive and stock lots of great foods and amazing meat counters.

Great localization and amazing view. Quiet neighborhood. Very helpful and polite host. Everything was as described. Highly recommended! Renting car is quite important to feel free with visiting all the parts of the island. Greetings!

Outside of tourist destinations, Almyriki beach villa is ideal to location to spend time with family. It faces the sea and has its own pool. Rooms are clean and comfortable. And Marina is a great host. She would bring us home made cakes & pies during our stay. She also organized a catamaran sunset tour for us which was a great experience.

Egzim was a phenomenal host going the extra mile and providing for us whenever we needed. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Two minute walk away from Monolithos family beach.
