We stayed in the villa for 4 nights and had a great time. All the rooms were very clean and well looked after. My favourite spots were the large porch on the first floor and, of course, the pool! The villa is in a really good location, as it's very close to many beautiful beaches. Additionally, you can reach Rodos city centre or Lindos in just 20 or 30 minutes by car, respectively. There are also many local supermarkets for supplies and traditional restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

we had a wonderful holiday at SunDaLucky, the villa is wonderfully equipped, there is everything you could need. the hosts were very kind, welcoming and caring. the location of the house is perfect, very close to the beach. the house is beautifully decorated, private swimming pool and beautifully arranged space around the house made us feel great there. we recommend this place and thank You very much for Your hospitality at home and in the Porto Bello restaurant.

This villa has been lovingly created by Dimitris and his wife. It’s a beautiful villa and is brand new - the photos don’t do it justice! It’s got everything you will need for a fantastic stay (including brand new quiet air conditioning!). The kitchen is really well kitted out with a dishwasher, coffee machines, toasty maker, microwave etc and we received the most amazing welcome basket with everything we needed to get us started, it was very generous and meant we didn’t have to go to the shop straight away. Other things had been thought of as well like leaving dishwasher tablets and washing tablets (there’s a brand new washing machine too) and there’s internet boosters everywhere so if you need to work you can, anywhere in the house. So much thought and consideration has been put into the villa. The villa is in a great location, just out of the main part of the town of Afantou but just a short walk into town or the beach (15 mins) and well positioned to reach other Island attraction like Rhodes, Lindos, butterflies etc easily. The villa is so nice though and the outside space and the pool such a great size that there were some days we just splashed around in the pool all day! Also, the outside kitchen area has been done really well and they’ve thought of everything, including an outside fridge so you don’t keep going back inside for drinks! Dimitris and his wife and his son Manolis are so lovely! Nothing is too much trouble and they greeted us with such warmth! They have put such love and attention into the villa and it shows. Dimitris also runs a famous pottery shop which we didn’t get the chance to get to but want to next time! You’ll see beautiful examples of his pottery all round the house and we were lucky enough to get a gorgeous plate gifted to us by them. We had the loveliest holiday in Villa Ethria and hope to return again.

We, 3 adults and a child, 14 years old, were guests in Villa "3 Roses Residence" in the period from 04/08/2023 to 04/22/2023. The villa "3 Roses Residence" is located on the main road 95 "EO Rodou Lindou" right next to a small flower shop/nursery and about 200 meters from a large supermarket (Panagiotas, B., S.A. Super Market) with an excellent meat department and international and local products. The street noise of the main road 95 can hardly be heard in the villa, as well as at the pool and in the garden. The property is completely fenced in and protected from view by tall trees by the pool. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms with large box spring beds and 1 bedroom with single beds) as well as an en suite shower room in the master bedroom and 2 other large bathrooms with bath and shower. The bed mattresses were excellent. The kitchen is excellently equipped and has a large fridge with freezer and a Nepresso coffee machine. There are enough plates, cups and glasses as well as kitchen knives and cutlery. The highlight of the villa is the large pool (up to 1.20 meters deep) with massage jets and a covered area, where there is a chill lounge and a large dining table with 8 chairs as well as the large grill built into the masonry. There is also another, smaller kitchen with fridge, sink and crockery and cutlery in the covered pool area. We enjoyed a barbecue in the evening and ended the eventful day with a glass of wine. Simply fantastic. Almost all rooms have air conditioning. In addition to the fantastic pool area, the villa has several balconies and terraces. In one of the bedrooms there is also a large picture window. Check-in and check-out were quick and professional. We were informed and instructed about all technical devices. There are more than enough table and bed linens as well as towels and bath towels for the pool.

    The villa was exceptional. Beautifully decorated and large spaces. Well equipped kitchen. Aircon in every room. A smart tv in both bedrooms and lounge area for when you need to get out of the sun. The pool was the area in which we spent most of our time. Big enough and the temperature was perfect. Four luxury sun beds and the whole area was peaceful and just what was required. A short 5 min walk to the beach too.

    The villa is located near (some kilometers) to the village Afantou on a hill with beautiful view to the surrounding hills and also the see. The villa is very well equipped, dishwasher, wash machine, coffee maker, etc... We spent there one week (2 adult + 3 kids), the villa is very spacious and comfortable, the outdoor private pool is pretty good. You can have everything in the villa what you need to spend there 1-2 weeks.

    We had a special celebration with our Friends and decide the stay at the Phanteon Villas in Rhodes. Everything was amazing, so beautiful and luxurious, a very fantastic stay. We enjoyed every minute! Big thanks to George, who was there for us if we had questions and thank‘s a lot for the insider tipps. Much greetings from the 20 Girls 😄 We will come back for sure!

    The villas was exactly as described and the pictures are up to date and accurate. The pool area is beautiful with loads of really comfy outside seating including lovely sun loungers. Would definitely recommend this villa to all

    George is great host. He helped us with everything and he was so welcoming. Villa is really beautiful and clean. We had a family vacation and the villa was perfect for us. We will definitely visit Pantheon luxury villas again.

    Sofia and Stavros have been perfect hosts and we felt right at home during our one week stay! All appliances were very modern and overall we loved the whole interior design. The next supermarket is quite a walk away, so we would recommend to have a rental car. Faliraki is only 10-15 minutes by car and always worth a visit for a „little“ party. 😉 All in all a perfect stay for a bigger group (7 people in our case) and if you are ever in Rhodes we highly recommend paying either one of Villas Sofia a visit. 😊
