There are many walks and trails accessible from here. It doesn't feel too busy but there seems to be plenty of amenities around - local shop, pub, restaurant, folk museum, pottery shop. The accommodation was great. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs and really enjoyed it, especially the hanging kebab (delicious).

Really fast wifi for its rural location; hurray - there was a dishwasher! Far better to have than a washing machine and tumble dryer for a 1-night stay don't you find?!
