Like many, we spent hours checking the web for great places to stay in Rouen. My advice to anyone is to save yourself time and just book this lovely house! The house has everything you could wish for and amazing hosts who are so thoughtful in every way. It is a 2 bedroom house about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Rouen AND if you are driving, there is free car parking about 5 mins walk away. On entering the house through, you will see a folder containing all you could want to know about the house and the area. From directions to the car park I mentioned (note you can’t park there during the day on Thursday as there is a market there), to directions to the bakers 2 mins walk away (out the door turn left and left again), where there is also a butchers shop and a few mins further a supermarket. You really could not wish for more convenience! The house is laid out with one double bedroom downstairs and there is a bathroom (with shower/washing machine) on the same level along with the kitchen, lounge and dining area, with a patio door to a lovely patio. It is perfect! Upstairs, you will find another bedroom with ensuite bathroom. We were only one couple but the layout is great for two couples. All the other equipment in the house is so well thought out. On the far right in the kitchen is a double cupboard with all the crockery and glasses you could need. So…if you are going to Rouen, DEFINITELY, stay in this house. You will love it and the care that Lotta puts in the house and to guests is so evident. Thank you for a lovely stay!

La casa si trova in una via chiusa al traffico, con tutta una serie di villettine monofamiliari. Comodissimo il parcheggio sotterraneo. La casa si sviluppa su due piani, con una bella scala in legno per raggiungere le camere. Due bagni, uno per piano; una grande stanza soggiorno-pranzo ed una cucina non grande, ma con tutto ciò che serve. Dalla casa si raggiunge il centro città con una bella passeggiata di 10/15 minuti. A due minuti a piedi c'è un supermercato per la spesa quotidiana. Bella soluzione per visitare Rouen.

Gli host sono super gentili e non hanno avuto problemi a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Il parcheggio è molto comodo e sicuro dato che chiuso da ben due portoni. La villa è situata vicino la stazione ed a un 15min reali a piedi dal centro, tuttavia i 15min sono perfettamente accettabili in quanto la zona è sicura e a soli 500m ci sono bulangerie, supermercati ecc.
