We had a lovely stay at Villa Heura, which is located in the area of Cielo de Bonaire next to the mountain but at the same time close to the sea. You will need a car but in a few minutes you will be by the sea. There is space inside the villa to park two cars and also on the main street. The inside of the property is well kept and it has two levels, both with bathroom, living room and kitchen, something very convenient in case it is two families staying. The terrace and pool area are nice and the views from the second floor are really nice. We had very good weather for January so we were lucky and could enjoy some sun! Thank you Mallorca Holiday Properties!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location overlooking the sea is fantastic, the house is well-equipped and very clean. Paco is a very friendly host and even he prepared for us really nice welcome pack :) I can recommend this place to everyone who is looking for the nice and cozy place with good location!

Note that it's a 25-30-minute walk to Alcudia Center/Old Town, but the road is pleasant even in the hot weather. We had a ground floor room in one of the blocks, and it felt like we were in a private villa. There was a great selection of foods both at the breakfast and dinner buffets, and most of it was delicious. Staff in general is very polite and friendly, and the option to loan beach umbrellas from the hotel was absolutely a bonus.

The Villa was also set back into a more quiet residential area but still within walking distance to supermarkets / shops / bars / restaurants and the beach. House has all the required equipmnent needed to cook the food. It has a big table ane chairs where you can take a rest in the evening. The furniture is a oldfashioned but it is clearly visible in the pictures so no issue with that.

The internet connection was good and a satellite receiver provided a large number of Spanish and German channels. The bedrooms had good air conditioning. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice seating area outside. Sunbeds with an umbrella for shade.
