The place was spotless, confortable and with everything you need for your stay . Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and fully air-conditioned. The pool is also lovely and clean and very private too. Close to almost everywhere especially the beach. Above all Katarina is lovely and very helpful 😊

The house was beautiful! the location is excellent right next to a beautiful beach including option for water sports. the villa was spotless with plenty of extra towels, pillows, soap and shampoo. At first, the immediate area around the house seemed less then luxurious/resort like but the neighbors were all very friendly and we had total privacy. as an aside, we left our passports in the safe and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us by arranging to have them sent to the airport in time for us to make our flight. I would highly recommend this Villa for your next vacation.

Absolutely unreal place, especially for the price I cannot fault it. If you have a car you're sorted, if not there's beaches, malls, historical sights all within a twenty minute walk. A cat visited us and had breakfast with us every morning, will miss her. The place was so cosy and perfect for us (three people) but definitely could fit more. Property manager was super helpful when I couldn't find the place, answered the phone immediately and gave us perfect instructions. Every question I had was answered within 24 hours via booking.com. Definitely will be staying again when we return! Cannot recommend it enough, we stayed in three cities and this accomodation was by far our favourite

Very spacious, clean, and nicely equipped apartment, with private garage, terrace, and access to a semi-private pool. It truly exceeded our expectations: - Location: really close to the beach (5 min walk), to the big supermarket and a shopping mall (5 min), to the bus stop and restaurants (less than 5 min), a nice walk to the harbor center or city center (20 min); - Pool & Terrace: literally private terrace with a cozy seating area and BBQ, a key to a semi-private clean big pool, with sunbeds, showers, and a toilet, which was right behind the corner; - Garage: Private and secure garage was just perfect to keep a rented car safe and cool from the hot sun; - Kitchenette: nicely equipped kitchen with top-quality electrical appliances, like a big Bosch fridge and oven, De'Longhi coffee machine, even Bosch citrus press. There were all kinds of cooking pans and a lot of sharp knives, so cooking there was a pure pleasure. Everything was either new or in perfect shape; - Rooms & Beds: There were 2 rooms with 2 single beds, airco and a tv in one room and a double bed and an airco in another room. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of room in each room, every room had a huge wardrobe cabinet and a big window overseeing the pool. - Bathroom: apartment had 1 bathroom, which sometimes was a challenge to share it between 5 people, but it was spacious, with a window and a good water pressure. - Extra's: We loved that there was a strong airco in EVERY room and a common room, which saved us during the hot summer days. There was also a Humidity Controller in the common room. TV worked great as well. The table was expandable (worked perfectly for 5 ppl). There was a washing machine and a drying rack, there was even a vacuum cleaner. There was an option to rent bicycles for an affordable price. Special thanks for the beach umbrellas (x2) available for free in the garage!

Townhouse - three floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen and a living room, on the second floor there are two bedrooms. On the third floor - a terrace. The house has everything you need for living, everything is in very good condition. There is a territory around the house. It's nice to have coffee in the morning and sit outdoors in the evening. You can have a barbecue. The nearest beach is rocky, rocky, 10 minutes walk. To Coral Bay 15-20 minutes by car or bus. The townhouse is located very well, on a quiet street, the noise does not interfere at night. Taverns and restaurants and shops (one open at night) are close by, on the main street 5 minutes walk. Near the large shopping center King's Avenue Mall, there is a supermarket. To the city center and the embankment 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus. Bus stop nearby. The owner Georgia is very pleasant and hospitable. Always helpful with any questions. All in all, this is a great place to stay! Much better than living in a hotel with a lot of people. We liked everything very much! Thank you Georgia for a comfortable stay and a warm welcome!
