The employees were nice and friendly. The amazing part was that you could get a ticket for free to get public transportation to take you around Geneva.

The staff gave us a friendly welcome, the reception area and bar feels 'luxurious', the facilities are top quality, the room was a great size with separate dressing area and innovative design giving the room a spacious feel - my only regret is we did not have more time to stay longer!

Though the building and furniture is quite old, the room is clean, linen is fresh. Tea, fridge, slippers, bath robe are in the room. We loved the swimming pool, lake access, enormous garden and treehouse with children’s park. The house itself was very luxurious, had everything we needed and more, and the beds were very comfortable. We counted 5 kitchens in the house! The team were very professional. We plan to return with all of the family for a longer stay, thank you for putting a luxury property on the Geneva map.
