Breakfast was not included - but there was a large kitchen area with sufficient plates, cutlery, fridge freezer, etc. The living area was vary spacious & comfortable and would be a major asset in the warmer weather - with a large Garden and BBQ facilities. A perfect stay for those travelling by car. We were really happy we chose to stay outside of the city. The village is nice and the house modern and well equipped. The bath & shower are good, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen is nice with a wonderful view to the lovely field behind. Patrick our host was very kind and helpful. When our child was a bit hot he got a mobile air condition unit so she could sleep well. We will certainly choose this house again when we come back to Belgium.
