We stayed two nights as a group of six people. The three bedrooms were quite spacious and we had no troubles in sleeping arrangements, especially since the host kindly provided us with an extra mattress upon our request. The combined living and kitchen space had a very cozy feel to it and made us feel at home. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had any utensils which we required. Furthermore everyday shelf stable items such as a wide array of spices or olive oil were available for us to use which went beyond our initial expectations. The house has two bathrooms, the larger of which has two shower heads in a large shower area which was comfortable to use. Communication with the host was not complicated at all and he responded to all our questions and requests quickly! The instructions provided by the host with regards to the general household and trash separation were much appreciated and simple. Overall we genuinely felt at home and would be delighted to stay here again!

Amazing house decorated with taste and very clean. We very much appreciated how easy it was to get there (self check in) and what awaited us in the house (fruits in our room, a plan of Gent and other little thoughtful things). The location is great as well, not far from the center at all and yet far enough to not be bothered at night by the noise. The night seemed expensive since we were only two but considering the size of the house, how comfortable it is and how professional the services are, the price is completely understandable and actually quite reasonable (especially since it is definitely meant for bigger groups, though we absolutely loved our stay there). The owner is also quite available by messages which is a plus. With an access to the kitchen this house would have been at the top of its game, I highly recommend it !

Location perfect for train station (c30-40 minutes walk) and city centre. Bed and sofa-bed comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked with utensils &c. Fire (once we got the hang of the controls!) very good - property retains warmth very well. Very quiet neighbourhood. No problems with hot water. No problems with keypad entry. Good sized table for working. Would definitely stay again if available.
