Location in the centre of Chimay. Bars and restaurants at 50m. Gîte very clean and beautifully decorated. Modern furnishings with lots of éco friendly astuces. Loads of Space. Parking nearby. Attentive and responsive hosts. Chimay beer in fridge… Fantastic place for a week-end. Visit château recommended. Abbaye Scourmont and the Chimay visitor centre within easy reach on bike or in car. What else?

We had a wonderful stay in the house. The house and garden is nice and private. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and got to see some wonderful cities in the vicinity. The swimming pool was lovely and we loved spending time in the back garden. We hope to come spend some time here again in the future.

The hosts were lovely people, very responsive to our communications despite the language struggles. In addition, the views and especially the sunset from the backyard were stunning. Our toddler enjoyed running around and playing in the yard. The area is beautiful, with a lot of lovely little villages/towns and natural beauty to discover within 20-30mins car ride.

all was perfectly in order - house on small road away from the main roads - only noise we heard were the many birds terraces around the house - so enjoyed the som from breakfast till sunset very beautiful garden with great views over the valley very good tips from the host on nice walks and cycling in the area very good functioning barbeque spaceous living room - open kitchens with good appliances
