This place was 10 out of 10. By far one of the most best place where a was ever stayed. Apartment was new and beatiful, with fabulous mountain view terrace. There was everything you need: complete kitchen, TV, A/C and private free garage. And all these little things what make your stay excelent: bath, elevator, complete darkness in morning, comfortable bed, welcome drinks and very helpful host who answer you immediately. By the way - there is grocery store in first floor and biggest Split shopping mall literally around the corner.

Set in Stari Grad, Town House Rosario is 500 metres from Petar Hektorovic Palace and offers various facilities, such as a terrace. The interior was really cool and we loved the eco approach they have with everything. Location was perfect with free parking nearby. Rose was very sweet and gave us many recommendations and a guide book of the area, restaurants, sights, etc.

Beautiful apartment, clean, everything new, the terrace was big enough, they changed the towels on the third day. The breakfast was delicious. A few meters from the accommodation there was a restaurant and a shop. The pool was amazing, the sunbeds were free, the sea was really very close.

We arrived early and immediately the owner asked what we wanted to drink. This was the start of super friendly and perfect service of lenko, his daughters and of course Milan. They all made us feel right at home. The hotel is high quality, the food is good (with food and wine from his own farm) the service perfect. Also we liked the location (close to the beach), the view from our balcony and the swimming pool. We will definately come back here!

The apartment was a short walk to Baska Voda center. There were many amenities like a coffee machine and free bike rental. And it was a friendly place with helpful and kind people.

The place is amazing! The host is amazing as well. We did a late check in and it was no problem for the host, we had our parking space as well. Apartment was super clean, it has air con as well, great sea view! The beach is like 3-4 minutes walk. Going back is a bit uphill walk, but it was no problem at all. Beaches are clean, water is clean, views are amazing, food in restaurants is amazing (bit pricey tho). We will come back again for sure! I recommend this place!
