The lovely old building and its beautiful setting, the wonderful breakfast, the gardens, the swimming pool... but above and beyond all of this are the warm and welcoming people who are at the heart of Les Carmes. They make you feel right at home. We were sorry to have missed Pascal this year, but Minna's and Marion's presence certainly made up for it. The apero à 19h was a success thanks to them. It is surrounded by trees and very quiet as there is no road nearby. 5 mins to the beach, 15 mins to the train station
