We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

Exceptional value. We had the family room for our family of four which was new, clean and very comfortable. Views were amazing from our room with easy access to the lovely pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent with ATM and minimart across the road and bakery next door.

Location was good, close to everything and we could rent bikes from the property.

Situated in Dong Hoi, 200 metres from Nhat Le Beach, Gold Coast Hotel Resort & Spa features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The facilities were absolutely beautiful, everything was amazingly clean. Food was so good that we ate there every day and night. Overall definitely recommend as it was amazing value for money.

Especially Sarah. She went above and beyond to help us out as we had a sleeper bus arrive at 3am and she went out of her way to call a taxi for us at this time as we couldn't find one. The lovely man even carried our bags down to our room for us after arriving at 3am. The reception staff were beautiful and we loved our room. Only downfall was we didn't have enough time to stay longer 🥺
