We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

We had the family room for our family of four which was new, clean and very comfortable. Views were amazing from our room with easy access to the lovely pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent with ATM and minimart across the road and bakery next door.

And the farmstay is a great relaxing place to stay. It’s more like a relaxed boutique hotel vibe than a ‘farmstay’ in my view. But you do look out on farms being worked:) the staff were so helpful and great and we loved exploring the region each day (caves are incredible and the national park is beautiful) then coming back the farmstay at night

She helped us arrange trips at a good price. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and good pressure in the showers. Location was good, close to everything and we could rent bikes from the property.

The room was nice, clean and comfy. The breakfast was tasty. You can rent a scooter for a reasonable price and use bikes for free, which is very convenient to explore the area. The family was very helpful with everything like booking tours or a bus to the next destination or early check in. They were present every time when needed and so friendly! I highly recommend a stay in Phong Nha Love Homestay.
