All the staff are nice and friendly, Brayt from the pool was the best!!

I like the privacy of the swimming pool and the hotel was nice and clean and we have enjoyed a beautiful time there and I really recommend it. We had an enjoyable time

Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Some rooms at the property have a balcony with a sea view. Sam, the owner, is so friendly and helpful! The hostel is clean, comfortable and in a lovely peaceful location. You are less than a minute's walk away from the beach, as well as being opposite a little shop and restaurant. There are plenty of other gorgeous beaches nearby as well, I have stayed in over 20 hostels and this one is up there with my absolute favourites! You can order breakfast in the morning, which is very affordably priced, and you can enjoy it on the balcony. They have kayaks and SUPs available for hire, as well as scooters/ mopeds - the latter I highly recommend for at least a day so that you can explore the island. You can also organise for Sam to pick you up from the jetty and drop you off as well, which is a big help and is much more reasonable than getting a taxi. Sam's hospitality makes this place special, I wish I could have stayed longer!

The accommodation offers 4-star accommodation with a hot tub. This hotel is really clean and very well laid out! The rooms were fabulous and had great views and excellent air conditioners for the hot days! The pool is large and luxurious and the hotel is right on a beautiful and private stretch of Lamai beach! The breakfast buffet was excellent with a mix of Thai and American food options. The landscaping and details were all very well maintained. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and quiet nature of this property!

I would really need to dig deep to find something that wasn’t great. we had a wonderful time.

Location is perfect in my opinion, If you want the crazy parties get a very short taxi to Chaweng and then come back to vibey luxury pool / sea at Tembo, they have things all the time like: DJ, Drum DJ, Happy Hours, Things are happening but no chaos. Super close to airport, pier is close for tours to north islands I recommend "funny days Tours" they operate from the pier close to hotel. Remember Grab App for grab eats! and Grab Transport. (Like Uber / Uber eats) Great Vegan options at Tembo! If you want some pizza use grab app for "the hungry Wolf" one of the best pizza's I've had in a long time. Tembo was absolutely amazing! Also close to Fishermans Village which is a must do! Thank you, Tembo! You will forever be an incredible memory for us.
