We were treated like royalty with exceptional service and hospitality. On (not sure of the spelling) in particular was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The beautiful courtyard and gardens were beautifully manicured, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation. We enjoyed an excellent western breakfast that was cooked to perfection. The tranquil setting of the hotel allowed us to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated. We originally had only booked one night but ended up staying for 3 nights!

Two minutes walk to the beach. Very friendly hosts. The bed in the small room is a bit noisy. The facilities are good enough, but the seaside was terribly dirty. There is 7/11 nearby the condominium, but if you want to go to the fish market, it will take about 25 minutes. It's good place to relax, quite enough, but, as we were told, February and March are the season of garbage accumulation in seawater :(

It was very clean and everything works well. The hostess is very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. She brought me to the hospital and stayed with me ensuring I got the service I needed. I will certainly be coming back here. The beach across the road was divine, the restaurants nearby were great- the pool was wonderful - I don’t have enough words to describe it all. Peace and quiet and beauty.

After staying at a few other resorts I believe it's the best location on Koh Samed. Highly recommended.

It is a very reasonable hotel. Often when travelling on a budget, the cheaper places make you wish you had spent a little more. However, the feeling hotel was an utter gem. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet, and totally value for money. Happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Guests can sample fine International and Asian dishes at GrandBlue Restaurant which is adjacent to a large outdoor pool on site. Excellent location, breakfast good. Staff very friendly and attentive. The pool is massive and always clean. Our room was outstandingly clean every day. Very hard working staff. Local restaurants with next door and also within half an hour’s walk left of the hotel. Didn’t try the restaurant on site so couldn’t comment.
