The whole complex was quite quiet during our stay so it seemed like having all the facilities just for ourselves. The owner responds quickly and takes good care. Just to note, it's big advantage to have your own car when booking this place as it is located on the way between Cha-am and Hua Hin. Not having a car would make it bit difficult to reach it.
