No breakfast but free tea/coffee and snack any time to enjoy. Booking.com sold twin bed room in a lower price but the manager provided a king size-bed room at no coat. More importantly, the manager herself was very attentive to a special healt-related request, and she was so kind to follow-up the situation at the check-out. It is possible to add more insights on positives, but it can all be summarized in the efficient management style and the well-chosen educated front-desk staff.

High class hotel with very professional and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast! Staff senses your needs and offers a solution before you ask for it. We didn't ask for an extea crib but they put it in the room already because they knew we travelled as a family with small children. Ithought there was only one hotel with this high standard of quality but this one is one of the best in Khon Kaen and maybe even the best. Location is great if you have a car because it is in a quiet area of Khon Kaen city.

The Cheewin Hotel And Convention has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a terrace and restaurant in Chum Phae. I was supposed to stay here 3 nights but ended up with 22 nights. The pool is great, rooms are clean, staff and owner are very polite helpfull and nice. The restaurant serves great and yummy food. I had a great experience and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chum Phae. 🙏❤️
