Such a magic place with an accommodating and helpful. They welcome you with lemon grass water. The facilities are lovely and you can tell the attention to detail they have, every single employee. You can see also the manager walking around checking that everything is on point. Location is also top. DEEPLY RECOMMENDED

The location is perfect, near markets, shops, laundrys, but far from noises and confusion. The breakfast is superb and the kids club is amazing (lots of games, toys, amenities and very very clean). The is beautiful and the kids pool is so much fun. Room service super fast and delicious.

The Empress Premier Chiang Mai - SHA Extra Plus ตั้งอยู่ในเชียงใหม่ และอยู่ห่างเชียงใหม่ไนท์บาซาร์ ไม่เกิน 1.6 กม. This was one of the, if not the best hotels I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in a lot of places mostly for business trips. The service level was just so good and the hotel was beautiful. We got an upgrade and had an amazing view. Everything in the room was perfect. They even had some vegan options for breakfast and mentioned it to the chefs when we got there - nothing fancy but it was nice to have a decent breakfast to start the day. Everything ran really smoothly during our stay and we also got a free shuttle back to the airport. The pool was also nice and the fitness center was the best hotel fitness center I've experienced with good machines and it was clean and inviting.

Very well located. It’s a small traditional boutique hotel almost in front of the main temple. The homemade jam at the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was good. Overall a good value for money.

Beautiful grounds, artful decorations, and lanna style buildings. Full of characters. It’s well established to a high standard for a boutique hotel. Feel very peaceful and relaxed once entering the hotel gate. Staff are kind and helpful. The afternoon tea and free mini bar is a nice touch.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with large rooms, but what really stood out was the food in the hotel's restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic and so was dinner (for a fee, not cheap but worth it)

Most beautiful hotel in Chiang Mai. I live in Thailand and have traveled around the country quite a bit. This is one of the most beautiful hotels. Each room is a traditional Thai teak house, with stunning gardens and common spaces, and a beautiful pool. The staff is the most attentive. The breakfast is a la carte, very good quality ingredients. The location is perfect if you drive. Quiet and secluded.
