Located in the village of Lučivná and a 10-minute drive from the Poprad city center, Hotel Lučivná offers on-site wellness centre with saunas, a hot tub, a cooling pool, a relaxation zone, a massage... The first contact with the accommodation was over the phone. I got a call from a very nice lady, she explained everything and I checked in without any problem. In the morning we had a buffet breakfast, which was rich. Overall, we were satisfied during our stay. It is certainly not a disadvantage, however, we were a bit annoyed by the absence of dinner options.
