Scenically set in the village of Sörsjön, this B&B is 35 km north of Sälen at the base of Fulufjället Mountain. It offers communal kitchen facilities and spa treatments on site. The owner was super friendly, warm & welcoming. Great value for money. The views over te frozen river (with crossing wildlife) from the room. Magical sunset. The sauna with its incredible views (all though we didn’t have time to try it, looked amazing) great homey, cozy feeling “hygge”. Great location & close enough to the ski slopes. Charming property with even more charm in summer when you can swim in the lake, use the hottub & bonfires.

The Lindvallen Ski Resort with 56 slopes is at the doorstep of this Sälen hotel. During winter season, it includes quality dining, the Pulse Wellness Centre and free entrance to the on-site nightclub.... if you are learning to ski and what the convenience of a resort that has ski hire on site and ski out / in facilities this hotel is amazing , the staff are very professional and helpful , breakfast and evening meals give great options easy to move between resorts on the lifts
