My room was facing the harbour and my timing was perfect as aI saw the cruise ship come and go. The hotel is very close to the town central so a very convenient location. Breakfast foods was freshly prepared. Throughout the hotel the staff were friendly and eager to please the guest. I particularly liked the extra touch of hats for the guest, the delivery of a fruit basket upon arrival and the hand deliver of an afternoon "cookie pack". I am a very satisfied customer!

The 4-star Octant Furnas is located in São Miguel Island, in Vale das Furnas, site of the largest concentration of thermal waters in Europe. personal and cozy hotel where every detail was well thought out. Fantastic breakfast and excellent dinner restaurant. The thermal bath receives a high rating. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice.

Swimming at night in the spring is a unique experience that I would recommend to everyone at least once in their life. I know we will come back again!!!

We usually do not go twice to any hotel, but this one was an exception. Both us and our friends enjoyed the very large rooms with excellent facilities. It was a one night stay, but an excellent one!

Beautiful property just outside of Ponta Delgada. Good pool and nicely decorated reception area. The hotel has two restaurants which are both good.

The decoration from the hotel is simple but beautiful. We had dinner at the restaurant Mômô and ir was delicious. Our 9 month old son was very welcome and treated very kind by all.

We appreciated the fact that we were allowed to check in early and that we were provided with a breakfast basket when we left, as we couldn't remain and eat there. Also, one of the days of our stay was my girlfriend's birthday and, as a surprise, they made a cake for us.

We stayed at Alto for one week and it was a great place to stay. We were messaged through whatsapp that our room was ready early which was very nice. When we arrived we were introduced to the facility by a very nice young gentleman called Joel and he provided us with all the information on the facility and also took us to see the room. The room was very nice and very new with a very nice fully equipped kitchen a nice dining/living room area an excellent bathroom and a spacious bedroom. Joel also showed us the gym, spa and outdoor pool which were all very nice and again spotlessly clean. There is also a safe in the room which is nice added feature. We parked the car which takes a bit of care and maneuvering, I actually found it easier to go to the top of the hill turn around and enter the garage coming down the hill but that was just my choice. The hotel is in a good location and maybe a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. breakfast was provide to us and you would submit your order through whatapp the night before and it would get delivered to your room in the morning, there is a good selection on the menu and enough to get you going in the morning and everything was very fresh. They have a maid service and they would come in every day when we were out and freshen the place up which was great, always good to leave a little token of appreciation for the people looking after you. Overall we loved our stay at Alto and would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family or stay there again for us in the future. The hotel is great value and kept spotlessly clean.

We loved the experience from the moment we stepped into building and were greeted by the lovely staff. We’ve felt taken care of and looked after when some challenges came up. These were solved swiftly and with a kind attitude. The interior design is spot on and great attention to detail has gone into it. The spa is lovely and offers a sanctuary away from the bustling streets. Many thanks for the lovely stay to the whole team. We’d choose this hotel again.

Conforto, espaço e localização er staðsett í Ribeira Grande, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Praia do Monte Verde og 2,5 km frá Areal de Santa Barbara-ströndinni en það býður upp á gistirými með... The location is good. The communication with host was very easy. All the necessary information was provided in time. A small welcome token (wine, cheese, jam) was unexpected but really nice. The apartment is simply amazing. It is recently refurbished. Everything is pretty new and comfy. The duplex arrangement with two bedrooms on upper floor is very nice for a family.
