My room was facing the harbour and my timing was perfect as aI saw the cruise ship come and go. The hotel is very close to the town central so a very convenient location. Breakfast foods was freshly prepared. Throughout the hotel the staff were friendly and eager to please the guest. I particularly liked the extra touch of hats for the guest, the delivery of a fruit basket upon arrival and the hand deliver of an afternoon "cookie pack". I am a very satisfied customer!

We usually do not go twice to any hotel, but this one was an exception. Both us and our friends enjoyed the very large rooms with excellent facilities. It was a one night stay, but an excellent one!

El SENSI Azores Nature and SPA cuenta con restaurante, piscina al aire libre, bar y jardín en Ginetes. Everything! The staff is so nice! The beds feel like heaven. The decoration from the hotel is simple but beautiful. We had dinner at the restaurant Mômô and ir was delicious. Our 9 month old son was very welcome and treated very kind by all.

We appreciated the fact that we were allowed to check in early and that we were provided with a breakfast basket when we left, as we couldn't remain and eat there. Also, one of the days of our stay was my girlfriend's birthday and, as a surprise, they made a cake for us.

We loved the experience from the moment we stepped into building and were greeted by the lovely staff. We’ve felt taken care of and looked after when some challenges came up. These were solved swiftly and with a kind attitude. The interior design is spot on and great attention to detail has gone into it. The spa is lovely and offers a sanctuary away from the bustling streets. Many thanks for the lovely stay to the whole team. We’d choose this hotel again.

Conforto, espaço e localização, que cuenta con vistas a la ciudad, ofrece alojamiento con terraza y balcón a unos menos de 1 km de Praia do Monte Verde. The location is good. The communication with host was very easy. All the necessary information was provided in time. A small welcome token (wine, cheese, jam) was unexpected but really nice. The apartment is simply amazing. It is recently refurbished. Everything is pretty new and comfy. The duplex arrangement with two bedrooms on upper floor is very nice for a family.
