Included are indoor and outdoor thermal swimming pools, a Thermal & Spa Centre with 10 treatment Rooms, floatbed, Shirodhara (massage with oils flow), Vichy Shower and Hydro Massage, Sauna, Hamam and a Fitness Centre. the luxuriously late check out - 12 pm so we could use gym, have breakfast and enjoy the spa facilities before we left for our afternoon flight. it was a perfect end to our trip. the spa facilities and gym are fantastic. saunas work great. everything was super clean. soaps were nice. the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. the bar with board games was a perfect way to spend the evening since the town doesn’t have much to offer in terms of restaurants etc. the cocktails were very nice. staff was generous. breakfast was the best on the island. nice generous free gift at spa.

Good pool and nicely decorated reception area. The hotel has two restaurants which are both good.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a concierge service and free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel was amazing, great design, superb views, and great kitchen. The staff were excellent, friendly and extremely accomodating, especially Rui (with hiking suggestions etc), Marianne and the new masseuse Debora. We will definitely be back to check out the new extension (being built now, but not in any way interfering with the stay).

It is a brand new apartment hotel, with the friendliest team of staff possible.Though the reception is not staffed in the evening, they respond quickly on WhatsApp and you can always access the hotel, room, and parking with your code. Fresh breakfast is brought up to your room daily. The location is on a quiet but steep little street, and a pleasant 10-minute walk to town centre. I enjoyed my stay so much that I immediately booked the accommodation again when I returned from a trip to another island.

We loved the experience from the moment we stepped into building and were greeted by the lovely staff. We’ve felt taken care of and looked after when some challenges came up. These were solved swiftly and with a kind attitude. The interior design is spot on and great attention to detail has gone into it. The spa is lovely and offers a sanctuary away from the bustling streets. Many thanks for the lovely stay to the whole team. We’d choose this hotel again.

This recently renovated apartment is located 18 km from Lagoa do Congro and 24 km from Pico do Ferro. The property is non-smoking and is located 30 km from Fumarolas. The location is good. The communication with host was very easy. All the necessary information was provided in time. A small welcome token (wine, cheese, jam) was unexpected but really nice. The apartment is simply amazing. It is recently refurbished. Everything is pretty new and comfy. The duplex arrangement with two bedrooms on upper floor is very nice for a family.
