This hotel features a rooftop infinity pool, conference rooms, a buffet and an à la carte restaurant and four bars. We were very pleased with our stay as the hotel was dare I say, the best accomodation I’ve ever stayed in. The bars were amazing as well as the staff, that was exceptionally kind and helpful. I definitely want to come back here someday.:) Also the side ocean view was beautiful.

Guests can use the hot tub while relaxing with the Atlantic Ocean views. Massage services and a gym are available. For the sports fans, the Aqua Natura features a diving centre on site. The natural swimming pools are a few steps away. Even in bad weather you can still relax with a view of the sea :) Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Parking at the hotel. The location is also good for trips to nearby levadas by car. We also ordered a massage (standard quality) and ate at a Japanese restaurant (longer wait, but good food). Wifi without problems.

The Hotel Baía Azul offers a Spa with an indoor heated pool, a gym, a steam bath, a sauna a relaxation room and 2 massage rooms, where guests can unwind after an active day. The lobby of the hotel was well appointed with great light and amazing view. Conveniently located with good parking. The beds were super comfortable and the size of the room was perfect. Breakfast buffet was very generous and they even included customized eggs. The hotel personnel were all nice and helpful

There are 2 conference rooms with capacity for 80 and 100 persons, a laundry service and a games room. Private shuttle service to the centre of Funchal is available 4 times per day. Funchal International Airport is a 20-minute drive away. Polite staff, cleanliness, comfortable bed, good size room, great breakfast.

Super friendly and helpful staff, lots of attention to detail, spacious room with very comfortable bed, awesome location with amazing views, and great restaurants, namely Il Gallo d'Oro and Avista.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We didn’t eat here, but the locations and stuff were so great. Dalia welcomed us with a big smile and happiness, and we couldn’t thanks her enough to what she did to us by helping us enjoying the island, by sharing all the infos and best palaces to see and visit.
