Hotel staff, including restaurant staff were extremely nice and friendly and helpful in all aspects. Quality of spacey rooms with terraces with great view was amazing.

Octant Douro located in Vista Alegre, Castelo de Paiva. Offering a stunning infinity pool the hotel overlooks the Douro River blending itself with the surrounding nature. We stayed four nights. Our room had view to the river and it was amazingly beautiful in the morning when we pull over the curtains and the scene would catch you. the breakfast was so nice and we took our time to enjoy it as much as we could :) the indoor pool, sauna, massage was very good. Location and its beauty is so nice, the fire place was amazing, the employees were so nice and polite and helpful. the room was spacious, very nice breakfast and nice Spa and sauna .. there are too many positive points about the hotel that I need many pages to talk about. I must say this hotel was the best hotel that we have so far visited. I strongly recommend it to anyone who seeks calm, nice, comfortable stay and vacation with brilliant scenery and amazing Douro river.

With its own orchard and vineyard, this 4-star hotel is situated 800 metres from Lamego’s centre. Guests at the Lamego can also savour the local cuisine for lunch and dinner. Such a lovely hotel. At first sight the outside of the hotel is quite ugly but as soon as you go inside it is stunning. We got an upgrade on our room which was fantastic. The swimming pool is the best pool we have ever visited. It is climatised so depending on the heat outside the pool becomes warmer or cooler. I can’t recommend it enough. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Such a shame we were only there for one night.

Terletak di Tabosa, 46km dari Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary dan 50km dari Pantai Buatan Mangualde Live, Casas de Campo da Barroca mempunyai penginapan dengan WiFi percuma, taman dengan teres,... Everything was perfect: the house is very spacious, nicely decorated with everything you need. The beds are very big and comfortable. The view from the rooms is amazing. The pool is small, but tor us, being almost all the time alone there, was more than enough. The staff was very nice and helpful, always smiling and present. The breakfast was delicious, various freshly made home made cakes being available, with fresh orange juice and croissants. We will surely be back, thank you for your treat!

In a natural, peaceful and exclusive setting, let yourself be immersed in a unique, modern and charming world that blends with the traditions of yesteryear at the Lavandeira Douro Nature & Wellness... We lived in the authentic house/villa which was outstanding. Near the villa, there were many historical cars – old Porsches, Rolls Royce, Mercedes Benz and others. We enjoyed the pool near the main building of vineyard with comfy sunbeds. The nearby little towns gave us very pleasant food experiences. Just ask the reception of the recommendations.
