This traditional farmhouse is set in Odemira’s charming landscape. It features an outdoor pool and offers massage treatments. A gem in the middle of Portugal. Brand new sauna area...hot steam..hot Jacuzzi...heated pool fantastic! Plenty of towels too. Breakfast full Portuguese style. Plenty of choices.

It's spacious, bright, each room has a million dollar ocean view and it felt very cozy, more like home and never like a hotel. Comfy beds. For 4 people its a jackpot and it doesn't get better than this in Salema. The terrace was also a thing of its own. The apartment is the last one in the building, so you get the privacy, it has a view of the town and the ocean that is equally spectacular both daytime and nighttime. Also you get a bit of mood light and fresh herbs in there. Its a great place to chill after sunset (it can get pretty chilly on the beach due to the ocean breeze). The kitchen was well equipped and it was a pleasure to be in - given that in the town of Salema you can't really get a seat in the restaurant without prior reservation, it did come in very handy. Theres a market in a building downstairs that can cover all your needs, including a very wide selection of wines and fresh bread and pastries in the morning. For large shopping you can drive to larger markets nearby, but they can get very crowded in the afternoon so expect queues. The barbecue was also awesome, especially that you can get freshly caught fish & veg in the morning as well. Theres no air conditioning, but inside the apartment it wasn't that necessary. On the terrace the heat was very intense in the midday though! Sunbathe there and you'll be crispy in no time. The beach is couple minutes away on foot with two ways of access, either downhill but over longer distance or closer, but with stairs. For activities, you can get a lot to keep you busy including dolphin watching, kayaking, snorkeling, etc. Definitely try the surfing lessons in Sagres. The town itself is very touristy but it keeps its original vibe, unlike larger cities nearby. No problems with parking near the apartment, though you'll probably want to be doing all your exploration on foot. Our host (Silvie) was super communicative, helpful and speaks great English.

Offering an outdoor pool and a Spa & Wellness centre, Paraiso Escondido is located in São Teotónio and provides panoramic views. We have enjoyed our experience in Paraíso Escondido so much. Berny, Glen and Gisela are very friendly. The place is beautiful and our cabin had the most amazing view. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious and healthy. Hope we can stay there again.

Located in Vila Nova de Milfontes, behind the dunes, Duna Parque offers self catering suites with a balcony. Only a 5-minute walk away from the beach, it features indoor and outdoor pools. The place is super peaceful and calm. We loved the environment. We could see the pool from the apartment and also hear the sea sounds. We just loved everything.

We felt immediately very welcome! The place is practical and the bed was really comfy. It was also nice to have a garden.

This secluded eco-lodge in the Alentejo region boasts an infinity pool with River Mira views. An infra-red mosaic sauna and therapeutic massages are the highlights of its wellness centre. It was an excellent discovery and an experience that we will not forget. The starting highlight is Silvia, who gave us a very friendly welcoming and helped us with delight with our wishes. We had a wonderful sleep with no noises and excellent beds, including an extra proper bed, replacing a sofa bed. The space with the pool and the jacuzzi just made our experience unforgettable, with breathtaking views over the river and all the nature around. Pictures are very good but cannot show the sounds and smell of the little paradise there. It has a good big cooling fridge. Soap, shampoo and gel from Rituals. We discovered that some improvements in the house have been made which make some comments in Booking invalid. This shows to me the high focus on the customer and their willingness to improve. For instance, our house 1) had all the windows (6 windows) with inner wooden shutters that allow full dark, 2)the shower had a glass instead of a curtain, 3)the sofa bed was replaced by a proper wonderful bed. Breakfast is wonderful highlighting award-winning cheese, delicious fresh cheese, dried jam, freshly made scramble eggs at a very calm place. The view from hammock at the courtyard towards the orange field and the forest is amazing.
